Capítulo 1: Where Am I?
Naruto opened his eyes and immediately regretted it. His head hurt like Grandma Tsunade had punched him through a mountain. Every bone in his body protested when he tried to sit from his prone position.
"What happened to me?" He asked himself.
He looked around only to find trees all around him and smell the forest. The leaves covered the sky and only allowed some light to pass through.
'Where the hell am I?" He thought because the trees were different from the one around Konoha.
Naruto closed his eyes and searched through his memories increasing the headache. Then the memories hit him like a train and his body convulsed in pain.
He remembered fighting in the war, fighting Juubi, fighting Obito than fighting Madara and later Kaguya; the Rabbit Goddess herself with the powers of a primordial entity. Chasing her through her created dimensions and getting separated from his team because of stupid eye powers. When he had no choice all he could do was use the single hiraishin kunai he had disguised as normal kunai to get close to Kaguya.
He threw it with multiple others in hopes of deceiving the goddess and activated the technique and watched in fascination as the time slowed down for him. The kunai got close enough where he was able to teleport with two other clones of his and immediately one of his clones burst due to All-killing ash bones despite the time being slowed for him, he didn't even see it coming.
The next thing he did was totally out of Kaguya's perception as he mentally commanded six truth-seeking balls to pierce Kaguya into her heart, head, and stomach and turn her into dust. The attack came from different directions. He floated their shocked right beside her as she got pierced in 3 different places and dodged the other three in a matter of milliseconds and they stood there looking into each other's eyes.
However, he did not take into account that she could seemingly see all his moves and now his leg was in a half-open portal which Kaguya uses to jump dimensions.
"Oh no!" Like a bucket of cold water was dumped onto him he realized that he couldn't take his leg out of the black portal.
His mind thinking of ideas to escape the portal but it pulled on his body deeper so he did what could only be thought of in the situation of life and death and slammed his hand into the seal holding Kurama and summoned him out of the seal.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING NARUTO!" Kurama yelled as his body towered over him.
"YOU THINK I HAVE A CHOICE?" Naruto yelled back with equal intensity and watched as a swirling black portal opened up and his team fell out.
"Sasuke! Come here!" He watched his team observing Kaguya slowly turning into dust and Kurama's giant form.
When Sasuke was in his reach he immediately bumped his fist into his chest and watched yang chakra traveling through him to Sasuke.
"What did you do?" Sasuke looked at him like he did the most idiotic thing since the start of his ninja career.
Naruto smiled but this time it was only a small smile, "You need mine and Kurama's chakra to undo the Illusion." He looked at his teammates and teacher, "I'm stuck in this portal, the more I struggle the more it pulls me into it."
He was about to say more and almost all his body was now inside the portal but then he heard Kaguya laughing, a cold chilling laugh, "You might have killed me but it's not over so soon Asura. Killing a Primordial will have its consequences!"
After that everything was dark and now he was lying on the forest floor with a battered and bruised body; talk about the worst birthday ever.
'I know I was sucked into that portal and who knows which dimension Kaguya wanted to jump into.' Naruto thought and beads of sweat started gathering on his forehead, 'Plus, the technique wasn't even complete.'
Now he started to regret his decision, he did not have Kurama to heal him and he had no idea if there were hostiles in the forest. In his condition, even a wild animal could kill him. First, he had to find a safe place to heal and find food and water to speed up his recovery and allow the Uzumaki blood to do the rest.
His thought came to a sudden halt when he felt the chakra in his body. It was stuck in the core and not moving constantly around his chakra network like a raging river like it usually did. He cursed silently and tried to gather chakra but it didn't even budge. It almost seemed as if someone placed a seal on him to restrict his chakra.
Naruto cursed his luck again, 'All I can do now is to find a safe tree with thick enough branches to rest on.'
His impatient nature made it difficult for him to just lay there and do nothing but suddenly a thought struck him. He had no chakra and that meant he wasn't able to stuff that he usually could. He would have to survive like he did when he was a child and kicked out of the orphanage because the place was unfamiliar just like how Konoha was at that time for a child hated by everyone.
'I need to hide, learn, find food and water.' He hummed in thought and patted his pockets, 'I have storage scrolls sealed on me which can simply be opened with blood but nothing is organized.'
Naruto mentally reviewed all the things thought to him in the academy and by his pervert teacher. In addition to that, he had his own experience of survival.
'I also need to get stronger if my recent fights were anything to go by. Without Kurama and chakra, I have nothing.'
It was true though that without his jutsus he only had taijutsu and his do or die attitude. He decided to train like Guy but not insane amounts because no one could do what Guy or Lee could. Even Naruto admitted that they had a few screws loose.
He sighed at how many things he needed to do and find a way back home from whichever place he was at right now. His friends were there, they had finally won and he would be damned if he did not celebrate with all of them.
For an hour Naruto was lost in thought; organizing all the tasks he had to and how to approach them and thinking back to how his friends dealt with every situation. He did not have a teacher now and often times regretting not listening to his teachers when they imparted their wisdom.
The reason why his mental capabilities allowed him to do all the thinking was because of how dire the situation was and Naruto was always the one who worked better in tough situations and come up with ingenious plans to defeat his opponents. That and in addition to having Asura's chakra allowed him to have better instincts because chakra was both physical and spiritual energy.
Finally, He pushed himself off the ground with slight difficulty. Good thing his body was only tired and bruised in some places. Sitting on his butt Naruto chose a stick to support his body and tried to make as little noise as possible.
Standing up, he observed the forest and came to the conclusion that he was pretty deep in some forest. There were old tracks of animals which confirmed food and water.
He started his trek observing each and everything, looking for fruits as well as any signs that will lead him to a source of water or even a village. His steps were silent but his torn clothes still made some sound.
After about three hours of walking and picking up fruits and berries in his torn jacket that seemed similar to what he knew Naruto heard the sound of water falling from a high place. He strained his hearing as much as he could and followed the sound. Finally, he reached a waterfall of about 10 meters in height. the water was crystal clear and also had some footprints of small animals. The sunlight shone through the open space and created an ethereal glow around the fall.
Naruto shuddered as the water vapors touched his skin and the cool atmosphere around helped relax his nerves. The stress of being stranded somewhere unfamiliar with no chakra was putting too much stress on him. The only thing stopping him from panicking and running around like he first became a ninja was his tired state and experience of war where he had to keep his cool.
From the time of the attack on Konoha to fighting the war, Naruto had been constantly maturing. He let a deep breath that he had been holding back and gently put the makeshift sack made up of his jacket and walked up to the pool for a drink.
After about a minute a clean-faced naruto decided to something about the fruits. he picked up the fruits that were exactly similar to what he found back home and washed them thoroughly before devouring them like he was eating ramen. A few gulps of water washed down everything and he sat down quietly at the bank where a small river traveled down in the forest.
Looking up at the sky he tried to determine the time and decided that he had around 3 hours before the sunset.
It was difficult for him to decide what to do next, he could explore the surroundings or rest on a tree to regain his stamina. He was already feeling a lot better and it would probably take him a day or two to get back to full health.
After some thought, he chose to set up a simple trap to catch small animals a few feet away from where he was because he was sure that he will need to eat soon. Next, he picked up a sharp stone and started shaving off one side to sharpen it.
"No matter what you are doing, always have a weapon by your side.", Naruto repeated one of Jiraya's saying he learned on his training trip.
After sharpening a few more sticks he climbed on a tree with slight effort and got comfortable. Laying down the branch he stared at the waterfall; thinking of how everyone else was doing back home.
Soon, the fatigue of traveling was enough to lull him to sleep.

This time waking up was a completely different experience for naruto. His body was in much better condition and he felt well-rested. However, the forest around him was completely dark and the moonlight reflected upon the waterfall.
He looked up and his breath hitched, "WHAT THE HELL!" he yelled.
A shattered moon with chunks floating around it stared back at him. His mind tried to think of excuses but none were believable enough to even himself. A moon could only be broken by someone like Kaguya but he saw her die. He himself killed her even if he hated killing.
Nothing made sense to him now! what kind of dimension did he drop into? He was sure now that this was not his world. A single red moon was enough of a terror but now someone was capable of shattering almost half the moon.
He stopped himself from running and yelling like a headless chicken through sheer will all because he was trying to keep a low profile. Otherwise, his mind was made up to run down the river and find civilization to ask some questions regarding the phenomenon.
The hair on his arm started rising thinking about the person who did this and if he would have to protect himself if said person was some evil mastermind like Madara.
Naruto only knew one thing now and that was to train and get stronger to return back home.
