Chapter Text
Nemuri stood in the lobby of the police station dressed in an ankle-length beige skirt and a cream-colored sweater. She glared down past her red glasses at the six students who should have been at UA right now, not all the way in Kamino. "I came down here because Tsukauchi said my son had turned up. He also said there were several students with him... would you like to explain to me why you're here?"
Mina shifted nervously as her boyfriend's mother stared down at them all. Toru, Izuku, and her had experienced this a couple times before, but this was much more serious than whatever little things they had done back then.
Before Mina could speak up, Momo said. "We came up with the idea to follow the tracker I placed on a nomu at the summer camp. Our goal was to find the villains' hideout and attempt to rescue Midoriya without fighting the villains, and we accomplished that goal. At no point did any of us directly attack a villain, nor were any of us directly attacked."
Nemuri blinked in surprise before quickly recovering and glaring at the others to see if Momo was lying. None of them cracked, so she let her shoulder slump and sighed. "Thank you for your honesty and for bringing Izuku home but know that I won't stop Aizawa from punishing you lot."
The six students sighed and accepted their fates. They knew whatever Aizawa would do would be harsh but fair. One of the doors off to the side opened, and everyone looked over as Izuku entered the lobby with Tsukauchi. Izuku was wearing a dark blue shirt with 'police trainee' printed on the back in bright yellow to replace the shirt he took off when fighting the Leauge.
Izuku spotted them and smiled, but before he could say anything, Nemuri had closed the distance and pulled him into a crushing hug. "You're ok."
Izuku wrapped his arms around his mother and held her tight. "Yeah, I'm ok. Sorry, I worried you."
Nemuri took a shaky breath and squeezed Izuku again before saying. "We're gonna train so much harder now to make sure this never happens again."
Izuku sighed and chuckled as he resigned himself to his fate. "Understood, ma'am."
Once the two separated, Tsukauchi went over a couple details with Nemuri, and when they finished up, she went back to the students, who were all talking quietly amongst themselves. "Alright, you all, let's head back to UA."

"We should talk to Toshi when we get a chance. There's some stuff I need to tell him about." Toru said as the trio trailed a bit behind the others as they headed for the dorms.
"It might be a bit before we can." Izuku said, "We all saw his final fight before Nemuri showed up. He looked pretty beat up, and I'm pretty sure the last bits of One for All are gone from his system."
Toru clutched her chest and nodded. "Y-yeah."
Mina slipped her hand into Toru's and smiled as she said. "At least he's still alive."
Toru nodded and relaxed a bit as the trio entered the dorms. They were surprised to see the rest of the class, minus Kyoka and Pony, who were still in the hospital, all gathered in the common room along with Aizawa, who was glaring at them. "I'm glad to see you're alright, Midoriya. Please try not to get kidnapped again, problem child."
Izuku nodded. "Understood, sir."
"Good now." Aizawa turned his eyes to the rest of the class. "I want everyone here to know that if I could, I would seriously consider expelling everyone except Midoriya, Jiro, and Tsunatori. Those of you who knew these six were going to do what they did and said nothing are on thin ice and have strained my trust.
Aizawa looked at those who had gone on the rescue mission. "You six have lost my trust. You need to stay in line and do as I say to regain it. Am I understood?"
The six students gave an affirmative, and Aizawa huffed. "Good, now go to sleep, all of you. Once Jiro and Tsunatori are back, we're starting summer training."
The class told their homeroom teacher goodnight, and Iuzku hugged his mom one more time before she left. Once the teachers were gone, Izuku spied Toru and Mina, whispering to each other. Mina had a blush on her face but seemed confident in whatever they were saying.
"What are you two talking about?" Izuku asked as he walked up.
Toru jumped. "Uh. Nothing... Are you hungry at all?"
"Not really, but I could use a shower."
Mina smiled shakily. "Go do that. We'll wait for you in your room."
Izuku nodded and decided to ignore how his girlfriends were acting. He was just happy to be back with them at UA. After a quick trip to his room for some clean clothes, Izuku hit the showers and washed away the grime and dirt from everything he had gone through over the past couple of days.
As he walked back to his room, he ran into Minoru in the staircase, who smiled a bit nervously and said. "Hey man... um. I'm sorry for not going with the others to rescue you. You've done a lot for me and-"
Izuku patted Minoru's shoulder and gave him an easy smile. "It's ok. I'm not gonna look down on anyone who didn't go on the rescue mission. In fact, I wish they hadn't risked themselves the way they did. It all worked out, sure, but if it had gone bad, then there may have been a few fewer class members, so don't beat yourself up, alright. We're still good, I promise."
Minoru smiled and nodded. "Alright. Thanks for telling me that, Midoriya. I'll see you later."
"See ya later, Mineta," Izuku said before heading up to the hall with his room.
Once he was clean, Izuku headed back up to his room and was surprised by what he found. Mina was sitting on his bed with a visible Toru next to her. Izuku smiled a bit, seeing his partner in this state. Her two-tone hair of brown and coral with streaks of the other colors present on the opposite side was getting long; she'd probably get it cut soon. Her heterochromatic eyes flicked over to him before quickly looking away as a blush spread across her cheeks, making her freckles more pronounced.
"What's up? You two have been getting a bit skittish since we got back." Izuku said as his girlfriends stood up.
They each took one of his hands, Toru said. "So... Mina and I were thinking about some stuff."
Mina nodded. "You getting kidnapped scared us, and we thought about things we had been putting off for one reason or another."
"Oh," Izuku said as he got it.
Toru nodded. "Neither of us wants to regret anything, and if you're up for it..." Toru's face slowly turned beat red as she muttered. "ya know... sex. Tonight."
Izuku smiled a bit as he felt heat creep up his neck, and he spotted Mina's cheeks turning lilac. "Yeah... no regrets or things left unsaid."
Mina nodded, and she tugged Izuku towards the bed. "No regrets."

Momo stared at the oatmeal she had made for breakfast. It was the following day after Izuku had been rescued, and despite Aizawa telling them to all get some sleep, Momo didn't sleep much. Her mind was all over the place ever since she had heard about Izuku being kidnapped. She had to admit to herself that after she heard that news, she had experienced a panic attack. She had never had a panic attack before then, and the fact that she knew Izuku's situation was the sole cause of it made her chest tighten and stomach twist in on itself.
Ever since then, she had been trying to avoid thinking about how badly the news had affected her or how she acted afterward. She had told the others that she was coming with just to help keep them in line like Tenya was, but that was only partly true. She had desperately wanted to go and save Izuku despite the rules.
Momo's stomach twisted into a knot as she thought about the emotions she had been feeling since waking up in the hospital. Izuku was an amazing person and someone she admired and cared for. Though after her panic attack, the level of care was being brought into question.
Momo shook her head. 'No, it's not like that. He is a friend and a wonderful person but... but I don't feel that way about him. I can't.'
"Yaomomo."
Momo jumped and looked up to see Denki looking at her, confused. "You ok? You looked like you were about to throw up or something."
"Um... yes, I am fine. I was just lost in thought. Do you need anything, Kaminari?"
The electric boy shook his head. "No, but uh, didn't you say last night that you had a rep meeting this morning? You and Midori might wanna get going so you're not late."
Momo checked the time, and panic grabbed her. "Oh no. Um, do you know where Midoriya is? I didn't have a chance to tell him about the meeting."
"Probably still in his room. Dude went through a lot; he's probably still asleep." Denki said before walking over to the kitchen.
Momo took a breath to steady herself and pushed her thoughts and worries away as she headed up to get Izuku.

Izuku groaned quietly as he woke up and saw Mina on the other side of the bed. The space between them was indented, and he knew his other partner Toru was sleeping between them. He closed his eyes and shifted closer to Toru as he thought about last night. It had taken a bit of time, and they had paused a couple times to talk, but the trio eventually figured things out.
A knock on his door made Izuku open his eyes and slowly pull himself from his bed. He stopped short of going to the door right away when he realized he was naked. Izuku blushed a bit and quickly pulled on some gym shorts and a tank top before going to the door and cracking it open to see Momo.
"Oh, Yaoyorozu, good morning. What's up?" Izuku said as he rubbed a hand through his hair.
Momo felt a bit of heat rising in her neck that she desperately tried to push down. "W-we um have a class rep meeting. I forgot to tell you last night. We need to go soon, or we'll be late."
Izuku's eyes widened. "Oh uh... give me a minute so I can get dressed and stuff."
Momo nodded a bit too quickly and let out a breath as Izuku ducked back inside. These stupid thoughts were cropping up and making her act foolish. It didn't help that Izuku looked really good in a tank top which showed off his toned arms and the few scars he had, the most prominent being the one around his shoulder from the USJ nomu. His bedhead looked even fluffier than his normal hair and like it would be a lot of fun to play with.
Momo slapped her cheeks to dispel the thoughts and shook her head. 'No, no, no.... stop it, Momo, you're being ridiculous.'
The door opened, and Momo felt her chest tighten a bit as she saw the various articles of clothes on the floor in Izuku's room as he left. Several pairs of clothing she had bought last night when they had worn disguises to go save Izuku. It made sense the three of them had been dating for years and had started staying in the same room partway through the first semester. This wasn't anything unexpected, and yet Momo felt conflicted about it for some reason.
Izuku smiled as he smoothed out the police trainee shirt he got last night. "Alright. I'm ready to go."
Momo tore her eyes from the closed door and nodded. "Alright, let's go."

They had just barely made it to the meeting on time, and thankfully due to everyone knowing Izuku had been the victim of a kidnapping, no one gave the 1-A representatives a hard time for nearly being late. The meeting mainly consisted of the very beginning of prep work for the school's cultural festival, which would be happening towards the end of autumn.
On their way back, Izuku glanced over at Momo and tried not to let his worry show. She had been off a bit ever since the rescue mission, and since the last time he saw her was the summer camp, he wasn't sure if something happened between then and the rescue mission or if something about the rescue mission itself was causing the issue.
"Yaoyor-"
"Midor-."
The two blinked and stared at each other for a moment before Momo quickly said. "Y-yes, did you need something?"
Izuku chuckled a bit, and Momo smiled slightly, but it faded quickly as Izuku asked. "Are you ok? You seem a bit out of it today. Did something happen while I was with the League?"
Momo bit her tongue to stop any immediate and foolish thing she may have said. "No... I'm ok. There's nothing wrong other than being a little tired, but that's just because I didn't sleep well last night, but it's nothing to worry about."
Momo cursed internally because Izuku didn't look convinced. "Are you sure? You know you can tell me anything. We're friends, and as class reps, we gotta look out for each other, right?"
Momo felt her throat tighten up as she said. "Y-yeah. Of course."
She hated these feelings, or maybe she hated being aware of them. Izuku was happy with his girlfriends, and sure perhaps there was a chance they would be open to another person joining, but Momo had heard straight from Toru and Mina during a girl's night that they were an all-or-nothing relationship. You either dated all of them or none of them, and that was the problem. Momo didn't feel this way about Toru and Mina. They were amazing people who she respected and cared for just like any classmate, but she didn't see them in a romantic light... not like how she was realizing she felt about Izuku.
Izuku frowned, and Momo felt like screaming. "If you say so. Just remember I'm always here to talk if you want."
As Izuku was about to start walking, Momo's body decided to move against her will, and she found herself holding him in a tight hug as she buried her face in his shoulder and said. "I-I was really worried about you when I heard that the villains took you. I'm sorry it's just bothering me how poorly I reacted to the news."
Izuku stared at her in surprise as he slowly brought his arms up and gave Momo a gentle hug. While she never complained when the other girls were physically close to her or hung off her while hanging out, he noticed that she hardly initiated physical contact with others. "It's ok. I reacted pretty badly the first time I heard Nemuri was in the hospital. You just can't help it sometimes when it's someone you know."
Momo tightened her grip and said. "I'm sorry. I-"
Izuku's concern grew as Momo cut herself off and stayed quiet for a moment before suddenly pulling away and forcing a smile on her face. "I'm sorry about that, Midoriya. I guess I was just very relieved to see you, ok. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some other things I need to get done this morning."
Before Izuku could say anything, Momo disappeared down the hall, leaving Izuku full of worry for his friend. He could tell once she pulled away from him that she was on the verge of tears. He'd give her some time before bringing it up. For now, he needed to get back to his girlfriends, who he left asleep in his room.

Tomura looked around their temporary base. "Where the fuck is Toga? She should have shown up by now."
Magne looked around as well and said. "I didn't see her when we got teleported by your sensei. Maybe she's lost."
"Fucking... Magne, Mr.Compress, go find her and bring her back. I need everyone together."
"Good plan, boss. Why the hell can't all of us go?!" Twice said his voice fluctuated as his different mental states battled for dominance.
"Because you're insane, Spinner and Dabi are too recognizable. Magne and Compress are the ones who can move around the public the best since our little psycho schoolgirl is missing." Tomura spat, making Twice cross his arms and huff.
Magne sighed and stood up. "Fine, I'll go find her."
It didn't take long for Magne and Mr.Compress, minus his costume, to make their way into town. The two went their separate ways at the train station and started looking for their lost comrade.
Sometime later, while hiding in an alley from a passing hero patrol, Magne noticed a blood trail and decided to follow it. Himiko was obsessed with blood, so there was a good chance this was her work.
Magne grimaced as she rounded the corner and saw the form of Himiko Toga hunched over some college-aged guy who was gasping and dying slowly from various stab wounds. Himiko's face was one of pure bliss as she slurped and licked at the various wounds and giggled madly about the taste.
Himiko's head snapped over, and her single cat-eye locked onto Magne as the woman stepped closer. Before Magne could speak, Himiko grabbed her knife and swung at Magne, who used her quirk to magnetize the dying boy, and Himiko, which pulled the blonde girl away. "Wow, there. It's me, girl, don't slash."
Himiko looked at Magne for a moment before grunting and clutching her head. "Shut up. Just bleed and let me drink!"
"Ok, I can see you're not ok right now. If you went back to base, you might swing at someone. Dabi and Shigiraki would probably just kill you outright." Magne said mostly to herself as Himiko failed to get up due to Magne's quirk keeping her stuck to the dying man.
Magne pulled a card and pen out. She scribbled down where their base was and dropped it next to Himiko's dropped knife. "There. Once you're not crazy anymore, come meet up with us."
"I hope you figure out whatever this is," Magne said as she motioned to Himiko's fervent thrashing.
Once Magne wasn't in the alleyway any more, her quirk deactivated, and Himiko stumbled to her feet. She looked down at the note and decided to pocket it before continuing her work. She'd keep the note because it would be good to have a reminder of where she could find a free meal.
