Capítulo 181: Arrested

The police officers hoisted up Zhou Yan in a quick fashion and very soon, he was escorted out of the building. The charges against him were just too many. General Juang Ji had been secretly conducting an investigation to find out about his dirty deeds and as expected he did find them. 

Jiang Jun read out all of Zhou Yan's sins and the reporters were having a field day with it. Turns out, Zhou Yan was not only involved in the attempted assassination of the president, he was also involved in several corrupt activities including gambling and prostitution rings. 

Turns out, he was also a leader of a local gang that terrorised the city and the only reason why those people were never caught was because Zhou Yan had bribed some bigshots in the police system.
