**ADDIE'S POV**

With me tucked against Nolan's side, we followed behind Callum and Juliana as they stepped down the stairs. I guess that we had already spoken directly to Uncle Dominic, Aunt Caitlin, and Uncle Isaiah, so we weren't greeting them right now. Instead, we walked toward the first set of tables that held Noble Wolves closest to us.

"Good evening." Callum called out cheerfully. "How are you enjoying the festival?"

"I think that it's lovely!" An excited woman with glowing blue eyes, shiny purple hair, and a poofy red dress spoke immediately.

"It is different, King Callum, but not in a bad way." The man next to her said as his bright orange eyes fell upon me. He had silver hair and a narrow, almost boyish face. "I have heard much about you, my dear." He said to me, but I didn't know who he was.

"Addie, this is Minister Pierson. He was on the same council that Masi was on but, thankfully, they were not of the same sort."
