Capítulo 53: Bus trip
After returning home from the reporter break in. I went to relax at home. Rumi had cleaned up the house and basically attached her self to me when I returned home. She didn't say anything or engage me. Honestly I think she just wanted to cuddle so I stroked Rumi's hair as she made me sleep in her room now.
The next morning she had started a shower for me and sent me off to school. Even starting breakfast before I could. It seemed she was feeling antsy not being able to go on hero work and staying home for a remaining 9 days of the month. However telling that yesterday passed quickly for me. I figured she would be fine. It was cute, but before I went to school today she spoke up.
"Before you quelled my heat where did you go?"
"uhh...outside? Why?"
She stared me down, "Three things Destiny, If your fighting people don't get caught. While I was training to become a hero I would fight in some underground arenas. When I got busted I nearly lost my chance on a provisional licenses. Second if you aren't fighting people and are saving people instead, wait until you do have a provisional license that way you get hit with vigilantism charges. I will be able to cover for you after that point. Finally..."
Rumi grew red and straightened up..."If it is another girl, I don't mind sharing okay? However not uhh...every girl is like that. Don't become a degenerate, okay?"
i just backed out of the door way unsure how to respond. Rumi just yelled at me though, "You could at least give some kind of confirmation you!"
i looked back at Rumi in the front door, "Love you! BYE!"
I could see her scrunch up her face and close the door, for some reason Rumi had become much, cuter. Her scrunched up face was supposed to be disgust, but I didn't even need a quirk to see her embarrassment.
On the way to school I had Erin run up to me. "Hey! Hey! So why didn't you vote yourself to be class rep? Do you just don't want the responsibility or is it something else? I heard from some of the other students about us going to the USJ today. Mr.Aizawa told you that it was a rescue training right? Its weird that the information spread through the students though. Like the teachers would never tell us something so early on they like to hit us with those curve balls you know?"
i patted Erin on the head, "Shush."
She nodded, but at a price. "I'll keep quiet if you rub my head."
i looked at the talkative girl. "What kind of weird exploitation is this?" she put a finger to her mouth and whispered. "*You smelt weird yesterday. Weird like sex, I know that smell.*"
Erin was right, however I didn't understand how she smelled me though. Was this parrot being weird again? "My Mom and Dad don't really hide how uhhh, active they are. So I have been scarred with that trauma. Thankfully my siblings are spared from that though due to my intervention. I dream of a relationship like that though!" She wiggled her eyes brows at me.
With Rumi's words now Erin's I actually thought about Jess. She likely would accept me no matter. I didn't see her a whole lot though. How could i include her in my life more until Katie's new house plan? Erin was about to open her mouth, but I accepted the exploitation and started rubbing her head. I rolled my eyes at the thought this girl was willing to shut up just for me to pet her head. I got all the way to class holding onto the top of her head. Until I pushed Erin into her seat and she rotated herself into her chair.
"Aww, my knight..."
I sat down in my seat and waited for class. It seemed today really was an important day since Mr.Aizawa addressed the class right away.
"Alright settle down everyone! Unfortunately somehow this information had spread through the students ending with you. We will be going to the USJ for hero rescue training. Me and two other teachers will be escorting you today as well as instructing you. The other two faculty will be Almight and the Hero Thirteen. All in order to keep tabs on you and how well you do."
Everyone already knew we would be doing some kind of rescue work, but Hanata Sero the tape kid asked a stupid question. "As i said it will be rescue training, but specifically it will be environmental navigation. Things like natural disasters, shipwrecks, those kinds of things." Most of the class begun talking over Mr.Aizawa. However..."Guys, I am not finished yet. What you wear in this exercise is up to you. I know you're excited about costumes, but keep mind you haven't gotten used to them yet, and they might limit your abilities. That is also a part of today's training learning your costume and what adjustments you need to make. Finally everyone let's go to the parking lot because this will be a off-campus facility so we will be going by bus. That's all, get started."
Tenya tried to have us all enter in a fixed format. However I just walked on before he started. The Bus was a open layout anyway so his plan wouldn't have worked. The talk everyone was having slowly devolved into bashing on Kacchan's personality.
I laid back in a open two seat that I took all for myself. At least until Erin started messing with me.
