Belle returned to Eli's office while thinking about what Camille said to her. She never thought that she was in a dire position just because she was supposedly promoted and now became a girlfriend to the most sought out bachelor in the hospital. 

She gave Eli his fruit salad and drank her milkshake. For a moment, she really wanted to retaliate and become evil like those people who wanted her to die. 

[Their time will come. Let their bad karma accumulate.] Ceres told Belle calmly. [There's no need to hurry. There's always time for everything.] 

(Got it. I trust you.) 

During their lunch break, Eli's lawyer came to settle scores with the people whom Eli sued. To prove that Allen and Belle didn't have anything to feel guilty about, Allen joined them for lunch. Eli was so against it, but for the sake of clearing the rumors, he allowed Allen to come again. What else can he do?
