Capítulo 171: Blood of the fallen

When Xander regained his senses, his blurry eyes made out the faint outline of a man in white robes pacing before him. All the shapes around him were hazy and distorted, and his eyes were swimming with tears.

"Xander...Xander...Can you hear us? Please...look at me if you can hear me." 

Hearing Leena's voice put Xander at ease. He tried to speak, but his voice was groggy and muffled. A jumbled mix of broken words sputtered out of his mouth as he opened his parched lips.

"He has not...still needs...rest. We...alone...now."

Another familiar voice entered his ears, but he could barely make out the words. Everything sounded distant and muffled. It was as if he had been drugged or hit in the head. He couldn't figure out whether he was hallucinating or there were actually people around him.
