Even though I finished all the food the ghosts left for me, I couldn't sleep.

I knew she was showering when I was, I could hear the running water and I knew she could hear that I was taking a shower too.

It shouldn't have been that erotic. But it was.

Living here was not going to be easy...

But it was finally morning now, she was still in her room, but she was bound to come out and meet with Mark soon. If what Joshua told me about her duties was fully accurate, then this handover wouldn't be easy. Both will be busy all week long.

The change that I had in mind was going to be good for her.

I was getting busier by the day too. I was going to see Joshua and spend the entire morning in his lab, but there were two other conversations I urgently needed to have too.

One with Arthur, and one with Sophie.

I left my fricking phone back at my place again. I had half the mind to glue it to my hand and get it over with.

I blamed Li.

Was he gone now?
