"I think you need an agency," Sheila's voice boomed in the room, echoing back. She was pressing her phone, but also trying to participate in the ongoing discussion. Mia stretched out on the couch, beads of sweat forming on her forehead. She didn't wipe it off but stared into the distance.
Alexis sighed, "I think something is happening that we are blind to. How can she be disqualified in five places? They didn't even wait to see her. Immediately they heard the name Mia Buck, and the next thing we know, she is disqualified. Do you think having an agency will deal with that?"
Sheila frowned at her phone, "I think having an agency will help. For all we know, they just don't want to see a new model without experience." She turned to Mia with a grin, "No offense, Mia." Then she turned back to Alexis. "I am just saying we should see the brighter aspect of this. You can still work as her manager in any agency she finds."
