Capítulo 149: Felt like home

Declan picked her up and she kissed him back, making the journey back to the room a difficult one.  Along the line, Declan had lost his tie and some of the buttons on his coat had been opened.  Yet, he focused on the task ahead of getting her into the bedroom. When he closed the door behind him and dropped Mia on his bed, a sly smile took residence on his lips.

He had wanted this for a long time, but he had also wanted Mia to want it.  Now, that she was willing, there was no going back.

He lay on top of her, both of his hands on her side, so his weight wasn't going to crush her in any way. Mia was like a forbidden fruit that he wanted to have badly.

"Tell me things that made you so happy today. To each one you tell me, there is going to be a reward."

Mia smirked, "What sort of reward?" Her mind was already making a list of things she wanted to tell him.

"It's all secret. I am going to show you when you tell me those things."
