The doctor just held the syringe in hand and was about to inject the special drug into Anna's veins.

It was the drug he and his master decided to use. He, the doctor, decided to use it to play on both sides.

"What?" the doctor looked in disapproval, "I have to give her this medicine before it's too late."

"Can I speak with you in private?" The nurse, named Cessy, motioned her head to him towards the outside. The doctor felt a little hesitant and didn't know what this nurse wanted from him.

He knew Cessy, she was one of those newcomers that joined here in the last few months. She didn't speak much but her experience made her the chief of nurses without question.
