Capítulo 25: Ch-25 A year of suffering
As Yuze sat on the table, he placed his hands on his face and suddenly his appearance changed as he took off white mask covering his whole face.
It was a pure white colour mask covering his whole face, a relic of Spirit hall. Bibi dong gave it to him so that nobody saw Yuze's true face. The relics main function is to change the user's appearance. It had a major flow that anyone above the user's level will see through the illusion.
But it wasn't a problem for Yuze as the required spirit energy was provided to it by Bibi dong. So only people with a higher spirit level than Bibi dong will be able to see through it.
Yuze's appearance came back to normal. His purple-black hair fell in his face, as he saw the trio looking at his face with awe.
"Weren't you people hungry? Quit looking at my face and start eating." Yuze spoke in a cold voice.
Without a delay of a second all three of them quickly concentrated on the food that was served.
"Now now Yuze, don't be so rude, I wouldn't blame them for looking at your face, there probably won't be anyone in this world who can resist taking a second look at your face.
' That's maybe the only damn useful thing I got in the free shop over this whole year.
The system was right when it said it doesn't give that much good stuff as it's totally luck based and chances of getting something good is absolutely dog shit.
I don't know how I even got so much good stuff in the first month, must be what system called ' beginner's luck '.
Getting 'charisma +1' pill wasn't that bad at first but I got the same thing 7 fucking times for 7 months straight. Either way it was a better reward than those rings I which increase speed or strength by 1%.
Last year was the worst. I was on a constant bad luck streak and not only that but the teacher made me feel like a masochist.
The 'Path of death' body art she made me practice was so excruciating. I was constantly breaking 4 to 5 of my bones every day for 10 months straight.
It was an inhumane experience. Now I know at least why it's called the path of death.

I've managed to practise till the middle stage with constant efforts over the last year. It even reduced my cultivation time and I only managed to get 3 ranks over this whole year. It's still a high number as normal spirit masters don't even gain a single spirit rank in a whole year but I'm far from normal and can't stand so low to compare myself with them. I need to be better than myself, that's what I try.'
"What are you thinking Yuze ? Is something on your mind ?" Bibi Dong asked Yuze as she saw him stare into nothing.
"Yeah, I'm thinking of something. Master, are you sure this was a good idea ? I mean yes it was a really good business move by you and brings glory to Spirit hall but what if all the forces try to join together and attack spirit hall ?" Yuze asked.
" Hahahha, they would never their heads are too thick to think something like that. And even if they try to join hands we'll know beforehand and our might is more than enough to destroy them even if they come at us together." Bibi Dong responded by giving out a laugh.
On the lavishly adorned table, the Trio were served on silver-gold platters showcasing succulent roasted meats adorned with fragrant herbs, bowls of colourful vegetables glistening with butter, and golden-brown bread that crunched with each bite. Exotic fruits spilled from crystal bowls, and decadent desserts, adorned with edible gold leaf, awaited.
The trio's eyes widened in disbelief. Hua Liena cautiously picked up a fork, hesitating before savouring a mouthful of the tender meat. A radiant smile spread across her faces, mirrored by the other two who eagerly sampled each dish.
The flavours danced on their tongues, and their reactions transformed from hesitancy to pure delight, as the once-empty plates became a canvas of shared joy.
"They sure seem to enjoy what they're eating." Bibi Dong said as a soft smile spread across her face.
'How she looks at Hu Liena is different, I guess she really likes her, maybe she reminds her of Qian Renxue, a daughter she has but doesn't have at the same time.' Yuze thought to himself as he began to eat.
As they finished eating, Bibi Dong summoned Ghost and Chrysanthemum Douluo, took Yuze and Rushed towards the Star Dou forest.
She was planning to hunt a ring for herself too if she stumbles across any powerful breast.
