" We were just talking about you and Adrian…" Emily lied to Katherine.

" Really…" she asked, looking suspiciously at Martin.

" Yeah …" Martin nodded his head.

" Were you talking with her or again threatening to leave this Mansion! " Katherine inquired because she knew about Martin's concern for her.

" No….nothing like that Kathie …" Emily replied.

" I don't trust Martin in this matter because he is so concerned about my safety and my happiness. I knew him from my childhood. If he gives someone a place in his heart then he will do anything for them. But these days, he has many insecurity issues and is hurting others for me, especially you" she said, looking at Emily. 

" I can understand. He is your best friend as I am for Adrian. .." Emily replied and turned away to leave the place.

" Emily….wait…" Katherine stopped her.

" You are also my friend now. I want to share the good news with you… " she added.
