I truly enjoyed this novel trough out the whole time. characters are written well and always seem reasonable to their beliefs, the story pulled forward in a nice flow, the time jumps were easy to catch on and with them the way of story-telling was pretty interesting. The world was described nicely and I found myself emerged in the world and story just like that. The last chapters gave me quite the shock, but I will leave it at that and you should discover yourself why ;-) all in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend this novel to everyone that loves fantasy, historical settings, action and a bit of bl-spice.
