Lexine placed the guitar she was playing back on the ground when she heard the door to their apartment open. It was not the first night in which her mother was late in coming home. Ever since Lexine came back from the academy, Adrianna almost did not have any spare time. Most of the time she would come home late and leave early, which made it hard for Lexine to see her most of the days.
Once Adrianna walked in, she was shocked by the fact that the lights in their living room were on. She placed her house keys on the hook at the door before walking to the living room. The whole place had been filled with instruments more than before. Lexine and her father had nearly the same characteristics.
Hellow loves,
First things first, shout out to Mer_97 and Heather_Casey_7717 for being awesome readers
Anyway, I just wanted to tell you guys that the first book in the trilogy is nearing its end.
I have had fun writing this, although there were times that I was drained juggling school work and this.
So... I am holding a Q & A after this first book is complete, so to anyone who is reading this lovely mess and has any questions, feel free to ask.
Also, shall I immediately jump into book two after this, or should we take a week-long break? I'll let you guys decide.
