Capítulo 12: Chapter 12: Growing Discord

Elysium, Origin Dimension

_____________________________________________________________________________________

After lifting a heavy burden from my mind, I turned my attention back to the First Cosmos. The Celestials, having emerged victorious from their war, began to reshape the universe according to their needs. They were driven by a desire to create, to experience death, and to be reborn again. As they worked, I sensed a mysterious force guiding them, a presence that had also assisted in the creation of Cal-Horra, who might very well be Fulcrum whom the celestials serve.

Using the shattered pieces of the First Firmament, the Celestials crafted a new universe. This marked the birth of the Second Cosmos, a realm colonized by the Celestials themselves. Cal-Horra, the powerful being they had created, also began to establish his own followers. The Celestials referred to these new beings as the "Omegas." This name was significant because it represented their opposition to the First Firmament, who had been the Alpha—the beginning. Cal-Horra imbued his Omegas with a fraction of his nearly limitless power, granting them abilities far beyond what most beings could comprehend.

As the Celestials set about their work, they created galaxies, stars, and planets teeming with life. This time, however, their role had changed. Instead of simply being creators, they assumed the role of judges. The First Firmament had once been the ultimate authority, but now the Celestials took it upon themselves to test the worlds they created. They probed, observed, and ultimately passed judgment on the lives that flourished in their new universe.

The Second Cosmos quickly fell into a cycle of rapid creation and destruction. The Celestials were constantly busy crafting new stars and worlds, while also wiping out those that failed to meet their expectations. It was a world of experimentation, where every new creation was a chance to learn and evolve. This cycle of creation and destruction was necessary for the balance of the cosmos, and Cal-Horra, along with his Omegas, worked to maintain the balance.

As the Celestials continued their work, they took note of the patterns emerging from the cycles of creation and destruction. They learned from their mistakes, making adjustments to their methods and approaches. For every galaxy they created, they studied the life forms that emerged. Were they thriving? Were they innovative? Did they show potential for growth and development? The Celestials acted like scientists observing their experiments, constantly refining their techniques in the hopes of achieving a more harmonious universe.

However, with each success, the Celestials also faced failures. Some worlds descended into chaos, unable to maintain their balance. When this happened, the Celestials did not hesitate to intervene. They would either destroy or reformed.

Meanwhile, the Omegas developed their own identities. While they served Cal-Horra and the Celestials, they also began to forge connections among themselves. They became aware of their own power and purpose, growing more confident in their abilities.

The second cosmos doesn't have much to offer to me, but I am interested in the Omegas and Cal-Horra in this cosmos. I continued to observe them as they become more and more proud about their powers. I decided to start action.

"It's time." I said to zenith and Elys. They understood my intention and together we descended in the Second Cosmos.

Second Cosmos

At the edge of the Second Cosmos, the three of us appeared together, ready to execute our plan.

"I will control their pride and plant the Seed of Sin within them," I announced, glancing at my companions. "Zenith, you will focus on diminishing their humility. This will help increase their pride, making it easier for me to implant the Seed of Sin. Elys, your role is crucial; you will shield us from any direct interference. If you sense anything amiss, transport us back to Origin without leaving a trace."

"Understood," Elys replied, her tone resolute.

"I'll do as you say," Zenith affirmed, nodding in agreement.

We sprang into action immediately. I concentrated on amplifying their sins, focusing on their pride. The more sin they possessed, the easier it would be to plant the Seed of Sin within them. The Omegas, blissfully unaware, basked in their pride, allowing me to weave the Seed of Sin into their consciousness.

While I engaged in this subtle manipulation, Zenith supported me by diminishing their virtues. With each decrease in humility, the Omegas became more susceptible to my influence. Elys remained vigilant, scanning the surroundings for any signs of danger. Her presence was a comforting reminder that we were protected while we executed this delicate operation.

As I planted the final Seed of Sin in the last Omega, marking the completion of our task. I exchanged a knowing glance with Elys and nodded subtly. Without hesitation, she activated her power, transporting us back to Origin.

Before we departed, I left behind the corpse of a Celestial I had slain earlier, its lifeless form now a crucial part of my future plans.

Elysium Citadel, Origin

As we arrived, I settled onto my throne in the Elysium Citadel, ready to continue guiding the Omegas toward my future plans. My mind was alive with possibilities, each seed of sin now lying dormant within the consciousness of those I had influenced. I could sense the potential they held, waiting for the right moment.

With my deliberate guidance, I carefully amplified their envy towards Cal-Horra. Subtly, they began to covet his immense powers, feeling a growing sense of inadequacy in his presence. This burgeoning envy acted as fertile ground for the Seeds of Sin I had planted, causing them to flourish within their consciousness.

As their desire for power intensified, the seeds took root, entwining with their thoughts and emotions. The Omegas became increasingly restless, their envy driving them to seek greater strength and influence, making them more susceptible to my influence and the larger plan I had in mind.

Cal-Horra sensed the growing influence of envy among the Omegas but chose not to intervene. His pride in his immense power blinded him to the potential consequences of their discontent. Believing himself untouchable, he dismissed their shifting loyalties as mere whispers, underestimating the seeds of dissent that I had sown.

Instead of taking swift action, he reveled in his dominance, confident that his strength would keep the Omegas in line. Little did he know that his pride would ultimately lead to his downfall, as the very power he cherished would fuel the seeds of rebellion I had planted.
