Elsa's POV
After managing to return the atmosphere to its normal state, well, a little bit to my liking, I turned my attention back to the system.
The current population of my Kingdom can only produce enough for a basic Gacha Lottery a month, but it's not bad. At least, I think it's better than not even being able to produce enough Kingdom Points.
No longer bothering myself over this issue because, even if I want to increase the kingdom's population, it's future work. I should focus on the present now, especially on something important: my current 5,000 Kingdom Points, just enough for a basic lottery.
I said, "System, I'll use all my current points for a basic Gacha Lottery."
[Does the host confirm using all their Kingdom Points (5,000) for a basic Lottery Gacha?]
After reading the text that appeared on the system panel, with the [Yes] and [No] options, I obviously clicked [Yes] without a second thought.
The system panel then disappeared, replaced by a golden light bright enough to blind me, but soon enough, it became more bearable. I finally regained my full vision and saw a golden lottery wheel in front of me.
"That was a really cool introduction," I murmured, before being drawn to the prizes on the lottery wheel. That's when I realized I had seriously underestimated my system.
I couldn't help but exclaim, "Are you kidding me? Are you sure these are the prizes that should appear in a basic Gacha Lottery?"
The prizes I saw included, but weren't limited to, items like a [Vibranium Weapon Set], things like [Adamantium Infusion], or even something like the [Super Soldier Serum].
It took me nearly 30 seconds to read all the prizes, and they were all extraordinary. Thankfully, there was nothing like [Thank You For Your Patronage] on the wheel. I also noticed a note at the end, stating that all the prizes come without side effects when used by the host, but it said nothing concerning others.
Another thing I noticed was that all the prizes were things that existed in the Marvel world. I wondered if it was because it was the basic Gacha Lottery, or if all the lotteries were like this.
I was also very curious about the system's mechanism for selecting the prizes. Any of the current prizes would help me in one way or another. I couldn't even imagine what prizes would be available in higher-tier Gacha Lotteries.
Just after I finished reading the list, the moment I wished for it, the wheel started spinning, which caught me off guard because I thought it required some kind of mechanism.
Unfortunately, I couldn't keep up with the speed the wheel was spinning and could only see a golden blur as I waited anxiously for it to stop.
Strangely enough, I waited for more than 30 seconds, but it showed no sign of stopping. Then something clicked in my mind, and I said, "Stop."
Without a second passing, the lottery wheel instantly stopped.
Before I had time to complain about the system, I was drawn to the prize I had won. How do I say this? It was among the top five prizes I had wanted to win.
[Congratulations to the host for winning the Super Soldier Serum. Click to view more details.]
Of course, I clicked, wanting to know which version of the serum it was since there isn't just one version of it.
[Super Soldier Serum: It's a serum created by Dr. Abraham Erskine during World War II to create «super soldiers». It enhances the user's body to the pinnacle of human potential without compromising their health or mental faculties. (Note: All System products are without side effects.)]
"Super Soldier Serum? That's very good," I said. Anyway, my mutant power is atmospheric manipulation, and unfortunately, my physical abilities are only slightly above that of an average person.
Then I thought of something. Do I need the same equipment, electricity, and the Tesseract like in the movie to inject it?
I clicked on the [Click to receive] option, and fortunately for me, it was just a syringe with an ice-blue liquid inside—not the same color as in the movie, but well, I couldn't complain about something like that, right?
Anyway, I returned to the main bedroom to inject the serum because I didn't know what the process would be like. The original Elsa had bought this entire mansion, which is good for her since she didn't choose to stay in a hostel where everything she did might have been recorded.
Finally, in the main bedroom, I didn't hesitate and injected the serum into my arm. In any world, getting injected is a bit painful.
After that, I started waiting for some kind of change; maybe pain, vomiting, or a tribulation like in Chinese novels, but no, nothing happened for five seconds, making me wonder what was going on.
Then I started feeling a weird sensation, something I couldn't describe with words, like my body was growing or swelling. I got scared, wondering if I would become a big macho like Captain America. But after that weird sensation, unlike anything I'd ever felt in my life, disappeared, the first thing I did was run to the mirror.
Fortunately, it seemed like I had only grown taller, probably above 1.75 meters. My body, which was already close to perfect, became even more so with my new height, plus the aura of a queen. Even I was charmed by myself.
It was only after I finished admiring my appearance that I noticed the obvious changes to almost everything about me.
Just in terms of vision, I could see colors much more vividly. I also felt lighter, and of course, I had the sensation that I could run as fast as I wanted or punch through anything I desired.
Not only that, but I also felt that my control over my powers had been enhanced. I should now be able to perform some of the finest manipulations.
I said, a little excited, "At least, I'm not a crispy mage now."
Even though I don't plan to be like Loki, obviously a mage but always eager to engage physically, at least my body should be stronger than that of the average human, right?
