Capítulo 41: Always Sorry

 People emerge from the forest and I stare in utmost amazement.

 These are the citizens of the Rokha Dynasty. 

What are the doing here?

 "Madeline?" I call out and my personal maid back in the Castle smiles and I hug her, forgetting the laws of a Princess.

 "How have you been, Madeline?" I ask in a whisper and into her ear.

 "I am well, my lady. I hope you've been comfortable during the last few days" 

"I have been, actually. Thank you" I say and withdraw.

 I stare at the citizens that have pleading looks on their faces and that is desperately begging for freedom.

 "No need to worry. It'll be alright" I say and they all nod. The little children in their mothers arms are smiling widely and so with their parents.

 I cannot see my people suffer. At least...

Not like how Magnus is seeing me suffer and he's keeping quiet. I have done him no wrong yet he acts like I have during a day I can never remember.
