Outside the main door of Prudence's room, Bertha heard the glass shatter and her eyes went wide. 'Was the girl thinking of harming herself!' Bertha thought, 'It wasn't like His Grace would care about this petty life.'

Bertha did not want to help Prudence in any way. After all, that girl was a naïve little human.

The problem here was Bertha was kept in charge of Prudence and it only made her feel more disgusted to serve a human. The head maid turned around, took a few steps across the corridor and knocked on Vincent's room's door, "His Grace, I think the Lady is trying to rebel against your orders." Bertha was being extremely careful with trying to ignite irking fire inside Vincent while at the same time making it look like it was urgent.

There was no response, which came from inside Vincent's room.
