Kai's pov:

Someone knocked on the door. I checked the cameras and saw that Andrea, our private nurse, had arrived. I went to the door and let her in. "She's sitting down," I explained, leading Andrea to the living room, where Alliana was. Alliana's skin was still pale, and she sat with her leg propped up on the table, trying to stay as still as possible. Andrea quickly set down her belongings, her face a mask of concern as she took in the situation.

"How did this happen?" she asked, her voice tight with worry as she took Alliana's pulse. I scratched my head. I turned to look at Souline, who stood nearby with her arms crossed, her gaze fixed on me. "Long story," I murmured, not wanting to delve into the details right now. Andrea gave me a blank look, clearly frustrated but focused on the task at hand. She bent over to examine Alliana's wound more closely.
