Capítulo 59: Black Book

Louisanna was sitting on the bench near the chapel while staring at the thing she placed on her lap. The thing that the fire was concealing was on her lap for a while now, yet she was still undecided whether she would open it or just throw it in the ocean and pretend that it didn't fall in front of her earlier.

After a few minutes of thinking, she heaved a sigh as she caressed the book in front of her, tracing the drawing of a full moon on it.

It was an old book. The book cover was pure black that had a full moon on the upper side and stars surrounding it. It looked like it was created centuries ago. 

Given a slightly far distance, she could smell a paper burning through the book— but it was perfectly fine.

"Who knows what would happen if I open this?" she asked, confused, as she continuously attempted to open the book, only to close it afterward as she couldn't explain how her heart was thumping hard because of fear.
