The villa had six floors including the basement and was very secure because Kensington was filled with many rich people. The public transport around the house was also very convenient. After inspecting, Lu Zhiyu found out that most parts of the house were painted white with great attention to details. It had the elegance of European designs, and the furnishings inside were also very modernized. Moreover, the yard was huge and one could sunbathe or play in it to relax.
