Tyler's Villa
9:30 am
...
After a meeting with Marga at 7 in the morning, Tyler Johnson had still not regained his composure until now. Who knew that instead of a discussing about a business proposal they would instead give him a marriage proposal. Isn't it what he exactly daydreamed about yesterday? He truly was a jinx.
He couldn't help but feel elated about the whole thing. Just imagining that everything the Scott Magnate owns would soon be his made him tremble in agitation, forcing his brain to fantisize when such day would come. But he snapped out of his daydream when he remembered the worry he saw hidden in the depth of Marga's eyes.
According to the conversation he heard when he was eavesdropping. It seemed like the Scott's young miss has gone missing. He pondered, "Maybe that's also the reason why they said they would contact me a few days later for the discussion of terms. It seems that the one unavailable was not only the president huh? Well, marrying now or later doesn't matter. Its not like the whole Scott Magnate would disappear overnight right? Wait why am I thinking about this? What if I jinx them too?! They can't disappear until I make them mine! Arghhh! "
He repeatedly chanted while crossing his fingers "Bad luck go away, bad luck go away..." After doing so he heaved a sigh of relief.
He watched the news on the television for a while before his stomach started to grumble. He removed his business suit and changed it into a summer outfit consisting of a sand colored short pants, a loose pink t-shirt, and white sneakers.
He grabbed his car keys. Then opened the door, suddenly remembering something, he got inside his room again and grabbed the big light brown hat he found yesterday before going out of his house.
He drove to the direction of the mall. Before going out of the car he made sure that he'd wear the hat since sunlight was a little harsh. He then proceeded to the spot with fastfood chains.
Even though it was cheap, he always bought it when he has time. Because it was what his mother always brought him home before she died, it had also became his favorite food. So he decided to have lunch there.
He had a hard time on choosing which stall he would buy from. Some stalls were crowded while some were empty. Since he thinks that all fastfood are delicious, he picked the spot where there were less people.
When he arrived at that particular stall, he immediately got what he ordered since there was literally no one there. When he was about to pay for what he ordered, he grabbed his wallet but found it missing.
He looked back at his trail and exactly 10 steps away from him he saw a little lady holding his wallet. She seemed to be scanning its contents.
Seeing her doing that made him feel infuriated. He shouted in his mind "Little Thief!" then he approached her with big strides.
