Capítulo 6: Escaping Interrogation

When Mary heard voices of Jason and Mia, she got excited. So, she hurriedly prepared herself and came downstairs. Once she saw her favourite girls squad eating breakfast, she became super excited and took a seat beside Maria. Then she started to eat with them and started her gossipy channel. Seeing Mary's action, both Angelina & Brenda became speechless.

"Did you guys notice Eva Wood's dirty deeds on the social media? In the morning, all gossipy entrainment media and some local reporters posted social media altogether. Now, it becomes hot topics throughout City F." Mary said with excited tone. If anyone closed looked her face, they would notice that she was satisfied with the scandal result. Because Eva was arrogant and always bullied weak people and also did many dirty works in the university. Eva showed off her family power so not many could anything to her.

"We know Eva's scandalous news. Actually we were there where her dirty deeds exposed. Eat fast and we'll talk about it on the way to university." Mia said with a serious tone.

Hearing Eva's name, Angelina and Brenda became curious and listened their talking seriously. Then Angelina asked with curiosity, "What kind of scandal you guys were talking about? What kind bad deeds of Eva got exposed? Tell us clearly."

"Mom, you have to check the social for that. Don't ask us. it's a disgusting news." Jason replied with unhappy tone.

Once they heard Jason's unhappy tone, they understood something. They never liked Eva but because of social circle they had to tolerate her. She always tried to find opportunity to come Hu Family. Because she liked Jason's elder cousin who was the heir of Hu Family's business. Thus, Jason hated her. Both Angelina & Brenda understood that Eva might do something against Jason or Mia or Maria. Otherwise Jason would never react like this. Both of thought they would ask Jason about this later.

Once Maria, Mia, Jason and Mary finished their breakfast , they were ready to go university. Although four of them did not have any morning classes , they had many things to do and had to talk about their next plan. Thus, four of them completed their breakfast in silent. Maria was always silent person before, today she was extra silent. Her this behaviour attracted both aunties attention. They first thought Maria was some kind of problem. They knew Maria's situation in Grey family. First they believed Mrs. Grey's words when Maria joined Grey family. So, they disliked her. But after knowing her situation from Jason and Mia, they understood that how much hypocrite Mrs. Grey was.

But today they felt different about Maria. Although Maria greeted both of them sweetly like before when she entered the house, they felt her differences today from her behaviour. Like her aura got changed. So, they concluded that something big did happen that changed Maria. They didn't know that Maria felt different today because she truly became Maria June after three years later. Also these three years she gained more maturity & experience and added more coldness to her aura. Even someone who knew Maria from her childhood would feel differences in Maria. That's why both aunties planned to ask Jason about Maria later, when he would return home in the evening. Before that both aunties would witness infamous Eva's scandal on the internet , Jason gave a hint everyone in the table to leave home right now. Otherwise they had to explain everything to aunties. Actually when Mary started to talk about Eva's bad deeds, both aunties heard it. Nonetheless they could not grasp the main point.

However they could understand that this scandal had a connection with Jason, Mia and Maria. Otherwise, Jason and Mia would be the first to announce the whole family. Now, they were trying to stop Mary. Thus, Angelina and Brenda kept silence for now. But who knew Jason's father and his big uncle would ask Jason about scandal. When Jason, Maria, Mia and Mary were about to go out , Jason big uncle stopped the group suddenly.

"Where are you all going? None of you have any morning classes today. Why the rush? Four of you come to living room. I have something to ask." Jason's big uncle, Zack Hu said with a serious tone.

Hearing Zack's words, four of them felt that they were trapped badly. But they could not do anything right now. Then four of them walked towards living room obediently and sat down on sofa to be chopped. Actually Jason's father and uncle would not do anything to them , they just wanted to solve the puzzle. Thus, four of them needed to here. Angelina and Brenda also joined the discussion. After everyone sat down , Zack gestured Jason to start.

"Four of us don't have any morning classes. Because of Eva's scandal, we wanted to leave early. So we can avoid to answer questions, at least for now. Now, ask whatever you want to ask." Jason said with frustrating tone.

Hearing Jason's tone and words, everyone of older generation understood gravity of scandal. So as a senior person Zack took the responsibility of asking questions.

"We can understand that. But why did you guys hide from us? Is everything alright? Do you have any connection of this scandal?" Zack asked with serious tone.

"Actually three of us wanted to hide from all of you until case is being solved. Since you wanted to know, I'll come clean with you. Actually it was started last night. Eva and Cindy prepared Jimmy Baker to rape Maria. Therefore they drugged Maria. Because of her strong physique, she could keep her cool for some time. However at very end, she lost her cool and slept with a strangers. Then early in the morning she called Jason to prepare some gift for Eva first. Both uncles must know that a drug dealer case was ongoing for almost a year. However police could not find sufficient evidence to put them in jail. Actually Eva also had strong connection to this case. Since Maria wanted to give Eva a gift, Jason chose interesting one and helped the police. Jason used an invisible hand to show police that Eva had meeting with her drug dealers friends. In this way, police can arrest them immediately and raid their hideout officially. In this way, police will find more strong evidence and case will be solved. Thus three of us are busy in our secret mission." First Mia replied their questions and then narrated the whole story.

Hearing Mia's narration , everyone except Jason and Maria became stunned. Jason father and uncle revealed a guilty and shocked look. Because they doubted them first and hearing story they received a shock. Because they didn't know that behind Eva's scandal had a big conspiracy. They didn't feel uncomfortable because of their work , on the contrary they felt proud of them. Because they helped police to solve a big case. Although they used their revenge to help the police , everyone benefited from them. When everyone was in deep thoughts, Maria's phone rang. She received the call in front of everyone. Because it was not an important call.

"Do you reach City F? If you have , then take rest in the hotel. I'll meet you at 9:00 pm." Maria said with domineering tone. Actually Maria's aura changed when she received the call.

"I'm at City F airport right now. I'm going Sunshine Hotel to take rest. See you at night, boss." said a man who was other end of the phone.

Seeing Maria interaction between Maria and the caller , everyone became stunned except Jason. They never saw this side of Maria. Everyone except Jason was filled with questions. But they could understand Maria's situation. However, Zack's thoughts were opposite. He noticed that Jason didn't seem surprised by hearing Maria's tone. Thinking this, he came in conclusion that Jason might know Maria's real identity. So, he cooled down instantly. He waiting for Jason's return and then his curiosity would cool down.

After finishing the call, Maria hung up the call & put phone in her pocket. Then she said, "Uncles and aunties you should not take any stress about this scandal. We'll handle this. We have many works to do. So, don't worry. We'll give you all a satisfactory answer latter."

Hearing Maria's words, Jason and Mia's mouth twisted. How could Maria stopped everyone by saying few words? Jason's father & uncle were like interrogative police officer. But Maria handled them like piece of ordinary candy. Actually Jason's family always believed Maria's words because she always behaved like mature woman. So, they kept calm for some time. Also, they could follow the social media for news if they had anything to know. Thus older generation did not pressure them. After saying goodbye, the four left Jason's house like they completed a war. Then they started their journey for secret place where they always gathered for secret planning.

Actually , Maria bought an old house with the help of Mia. Thus, this house became their hideout. Sometimes, Maria stayed here to avoid Grey Family. Maria stayed most of the time in university campus dorm to complete her study. She almost completed her four studies. Only final exam was left. Maria was always genius in her studies. So, she aimed for two major subject to complete her graduation. One was biochemistry and other was criminal psychology.
