Capítulo 32: DINNER BANQUET

When Sherry Watson saw Robert to leave the hall , she hurriedly went after him and tried to stop him from leaving. Because she did not want to fail in her works. Besides she was about to become lady of Hill Family and wife of Robert Hill.

"Brother Hill, are you leaving already without meeting uncle and aunty? They returned after years. You did not even greet them. When uncle and aunty will learn about departure , they will be sad. Banquet will be started in a few minutes. I know that you don't like parties. However for uncle and aunt's sake , please stay here for few minutes. Please brother Hill." Sherry said with gentle and pleading tone. As for her behaviour , she acted like she and Robert were close each other.

Hearing Sherry's voice and words , Robert felt more disgusted and wanted to vomit. His cousins were also shocked and disgusted. They even felt embarrassed to witness Sherry behaviour. They started to regret for coming today's banquet. Who was the most courageous person to change family dinner into dinner banquet? Today would be the worst day of their life.

"Get lost. Who are you? Who told you to advise me? Scram." Robert shouted loudly and left the Hill Family mansion with full belly of anger.

However he did not know that after his loud voice sounded , everyone stopped their chatting. Even his disgusting relatives were shocked and they felt fear inside. But it was only for few minutes. Then guests started to whishper themselves. They discussed Sherry's shameless behaviour. Because everyone in City B and Capital knew that Robert did not like to get close to women , except his family relatives. However this Sherry was so shameless that she acted like she was close person to Robert. Sometimes she also showed off her relation with Robert. Actually Robert did not know the rumours about him and Sherry , which spread City B and Capital smoothly. Because Robert and his people did not care about women's social circle. Robert's action made the rumour true. Abd rest of the young ladies became envy and jealous due to this rumours. Because they thought Hill and Watson Family would become in-laws very soon.

Today Robert's rude voice and statement brought everyone back in senses and they again thought about the rumours. Then they felt disgusted about Sherry's self-proclaim action. On the other side Sherry's face instantly became pale and her body started to shake. She never imagined that Robert would not give her any face in front of many people. She always believed that she gained advantages against other young ladies. First she grew up same circle of Robert , second she was close to his cousin , third his family gave silent agreement of their relation , fourth Robert even denied the rumours and the last Robert did not have any girlfriend or woman near him. This all gave her courage to act like this. Besides her , no young ladies were worthy of Robert. Except some young ladies of Capital. Today Robert broke her dream.

After Robert left from Hill mansion , one of his female cousin came to Sherry and gave her a another blow. Because she hated Sherry very much.

"Are you happy now , Miss Watson? My cousin did come here for uncle and aunty , not for some kind date banquet. After coming here , he could have stayed here for uncle and aunty. But you, Miss Watson ruined that moment and disgusted him also. I think my cousin won't attend any kind of family banquet now on. Thanks for ruining our family's peace. You did not even enter our family , however you did shake our family unity and peace. Applaud for braveness," Eliza Hill said mockingly.

As soon as Eliza finished speaking , other ladies chuckled lightly. Hearing this, Sherry's face became more paler. She never humiliated like this before. However her determination about marrying Robert ignited more. She promised herself that she would teach everyone in here who mocked her, a lesson after marrying Robert. Specially that bitch Eliza. She would teach her a special lesson to remember that not to noisy other people's business. Unfortunate for Sherry , she would lose badly in future and even reputation would hit rock bottom.

Things became more interesting after Robert's departure. It became more dramatic. After Eliza finished speaking , uncle of Robert and Eliza started to lecture Eliza by acting like a good person.

"What are you saying Eliza? Do you not have any manners? How could you insult Miss Watson? You should at least show respect , if you don't like her. You should act like a lady , otherwise Hill Family will lose reputation. Now apologize to Miss Watson. Learn your lesson and take your punishment after banquet." He said.

As soon as he finished speaking , Eliza and her cousin laughed out loudly. Because they heard a joke from their uncle mouth. They never assume that because of their grandparents ignorance , this adopted son of Hill represent himself as a master of Hill Family. What a joke! Looked like their grandpa did not know the recent matters of his actions. Even today's family dinner ruined due to his handiwork. Thus Ryan Hill ( another cousin of Robert) opened his mouth and smashed his uncle's face. Although Ryan did not want to talk about dirty works of his family in the public , he was forced to do this. Because he did not want to ruin family peace and Robert's happiness. If his grandparents would say something for this action , he would gladly accept his grandpa's punishment. Otherwise sooner or later Hill Family would face big troubles due to his adopted uncle.

"Uncle Henry or should I call you uncle Brook? You seem to forget your identity as soon as you got grandparents love and attention. You don't have to think about Eliza or Robert bro's well-beings. Their parents are responsible for their actions. As for Hill Family's reputation , we are here for this. You should check your own action clearly , because you are a Hill Family member now. In addition grandpa or grandma did not give you any permission to set Robert bro's marriage partner. He will find his own partner or his parents will choose for him. Furthermore this hypocrite like Sherry does not worthy of my cousin. You should focus on your children's private life." Ryan said with a serious and cold tone , without caring guests.

As soon as Ryan finished speaking , Hill Family's real members entered banquet hall. Furthermore grandpa and grandma's face became dark , after hearing Ryan's statement. Actually they were disappointed at Henry and Regina's behaviour. Because they thought that they were going to see their future granddaughter-in-law. However their love made some people to decide everything by themselves. Looked like their granddaughter-in-law already left along with their grandson.

Speaking of Henry Hill , his face was ashen after listening Ryan mocking. He never imagined that Ryan would humiliate him in front of public. He secretly threatened him. Looked like those small pests needed to be taught some lesson. When he captured Robert by marriage with Sherry , everything in Hill Family would be his. He should fasten his plan. This Sherry should act like smart , not like stupid.

Actually everything happened in here due to grandpa Hill misunderstanding. When grandpa Hill last talked to Robert , he thought his grandson liked someone and wanted to bring her home to introduce to them. That was the reason grandpa Hill told Robert to come old mansion when his parents would return. Then he told his other family members the good news and ordered Henry to arrange a family dinner. However Henry did not know the actual reason , but he knew this dinner was placed due to happy news. Since Robert's parents did return Country S permanently , he changed family dinner into dinner banquet in disguise of Robert's blind date. He assumed that Robert's parents would like Watson Family's young miss. Because she was worthy of Robert in terms of background , education , talent and beauty.

Moreover Henry wanted to this happen because of his next move. As for Grandpa Hill , he was so excited that he did overlook the matter of dinner party. Furthermore Henry hid this from grandpa Hill and later informed him that other reputed families got to know Robert's parents arrival. And they wanted invitation for dinner party. Thus dinner banquet's plan got successful. Henry wanted to impress his brother and sister-in-law by showing perfect ladies for their son. They would choose a lady among them. Clearly he knew that Sherry had many advantages against other ladies. On the other hand Henry ruined family's peacefulness by doing this. And grandpa Hill truly felt regret to handover such heavy duties.

Because his favorite grandson deeply hurt today and must be disappointed in them. Looked like he almost lost many things in one evening. Even his eldest son and daughter-in-law would be hurt due his small decision. His relation with his children and their spouses were going bad day by day after adopting these two persons. Although he promised his brother (who had served with in army) , he never assumed that his brother's children would be greedy person. Grandpa Hill still could not believe that an honest person like his brother's children would be this greedy. His real family got distance from them because of this two greedy person.

When grandpa Hill heard from butler that Robert's arrival , he came hurriedly from his bedroom. But he was late. So he saw Robert's angry back when he was in stairs. Only then he felt that how much heart broken Robert was. When he witnessed the whole situation , he regretted. He should not neglect those small actions of Henry and Regina. Today's incident was a wake up call for him.

However things already went otherwise. He did not know what to say , same went for grandma Hill. Her heart ached even more. Before they could say anything , their daughter opened her mouth first.

"Well done , Eliza and Ryan. Robert's parents did not even say anything. So why did you set secret blind date for Robert? Moreover today's dinner banquet was set for eldest brother and sister-in-law. We should celebrate their arrival , not bickering with each other. As for brother Henry and sister Regina , both of you should not interfere in children's matter. They will handle their own matter. Brother and sister-in-law are here. Let's give them a warm welcome." Robert's aunt Lilith Hill said with a comforting tone but inside mocking Henry and Regina very much.

Then she along with Eliza went to grandpa and grandma Hill's side and brought them at banquet hall. After that as a host Lilith gave Robert's parents a warm welcome. Then grandpa and grandma Hill gave a small welcoming speech for his elder son and daughter-in-law. Although some uncomfortable matter happened , Lilith hosting stopped all gossip at this moment. Because everyone could guess what's going on here. Speaking of Henry and Regina , most of guests ignored their presence indirectly. However some brain dead guests wanted to flatter them. So they could get some benefits.

After that banquet continued and everyone temporarily forgot about earlier small incident. Even ladies also chose to forget Sherry's shameless behaviour. However Sherry kept those insult in mind and wanted to take revenge for that. Thus she changed her tacties and went to Robert's parents for gaining her advantages. To her unknown , Robert's parents already dissatisfied with her. Today they were disgusted even more after the circus which created by Sherry and adopted children of Hill Family.

"Hello, uncle and aunty. How are you?" Sherry greeted with gentle tone.

Seeing Sherry's pretence , Robert's parents also gave her a fake smile and replied her. "Hello Miss Watson. We're good. How are you?"

"I'm also good. I miss you aunty. You were not here for almost 10 years. During your absent , many things happened and also brother Robert faced many difficulties. I feel sorry for brother Robert. Now you are back , everything will be alright. Aunty, if you need any companion for visiting place , I can become your assistance." Sherry said with a smile.

Robert's mother felt that she could not take Sherry fakeness anymore. She never saw this kind of shameless lady ever. She already treated her like strangers , but she got clingy with them. Now Avery could understand her son's mood even better. Thus she had to continue fake drama some time more , otherwise her father-in-law's effort would go waste.

"It's okay Miss Watson. You don't have to feel pressured about Robert's matter. As for visiting place , Matthew and I want to go alone. Moreover we had our family's children to help us. Besides this time Matthew and I won't be leaving City B. If I need your assistance , I'll contact you." Avery rejected Sherry with polite way.

When Sherry heard Avery's words , her gentle smile deflated. As a pretentious lady , she quickly put on gentle smile again. Although she was disappointed , she assured herself that Robert's mother definitely took her warm invitation in her heart. Thus she put her final act.

"You should not call me polite way , aunty. You can call me Sherry. Besides I'm sorry for disturbing you and uncle. I will wait for your call. Now I'm taking my leave. Excuse me uncle and aunty." Sherry said politely and left there.

Robert's father stood there silently and witnessed the show between his wife and Sherry. He would step in if his wife could not handle the situation. However his lovely wife took down Sherry effortlessly. After Sherry left there , he sighed in relief. Then he took his wife's hand and asked,

"Are you okay , darling? Do you feel tired?"
