"Jeez! I can't find the stock of the cake flour!"
I found Jack complaining in the kitchen the next day and I can't help but frown as she has left most of the drawers open.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to buy extra bags the last time I went to the supermarket." Lily, one of the maids replied as she turned to her with a pout.
"Hey, what's going on here? Why are you looking for cake flour?" I asked as I glanced at the wall clock above the fridge. It's already 1 pm and I just woke up so I skipped breakfast and lunch.
"Aww! Why, Lily, why?" Jack pretended to be crying but Lily just laughed at her.
"What will you do with the cake flour?" I asked again. I walked past her and took the pitcher of orange juice from the fridge.
"I'm thinking of baking a mocha cake," she replied which caused me to spill the juice out of my mouth.
"I'm sorry, but you're what?" I bit my lip to stifle my grin.
