Henry Russell picked up the drink on the table, took a small sip, and then put the glass aside. His gaze drifted outside the window, and his clearly defined large hands tapped nonchalantly on the table.
Lily McKenzie stared obsessively at the man nearby, her eyes unconsciously revealing a hint of coveting.
"Ding dong——"
The sound of her cell phone's notification suddenly brought Lily back to her senses.
She picked up the phone somewhat discontentedly, saw a text message from the waiter she had just dealt with, reading "Smooth sailing."
Lily curled up her lips, transferred a considerable amount of money to the other party with her phone, and continued to watch Henry Russell intently, not taking her eyes off him for a second.
