Capítulo 92: Longing desire
John opened the house of his castle to find the blond maid welcoming the couple with a letter. He took the letter he had been handed and when reading the name of the sender, he handed it to Roselyn.
She must have sent it before their meeting if it arrived now. She slipped out the letter and read it under her breath.
A smile bloomed on her face when she read the words that could cheer any woman invited to a marriage.
In the letter, her sister required her to be her bridesmaid. A line below caught her attention. At the bottom of the letter was written how devoted Abigail was to her, and that she wished things went differently and she had more courage to talk to her about matters that had been interfering with the tranquility and joy that shall characterize a marriage.
