Lilian and Stephen are both exempted. They'll be training their weapons with me" Chris said with a calm voice, his hands crossed over his chest, apparently not surprised by the dumbstruck look they all had in their faces, except Garmond.

"100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 jumping jacks. You do it daily for the next one week, before we get into practical training. You get a day off, if you can do more than the required amount in a day for each of the exercise..." Chris continued, his expression remained as usual, showing no signs of emotions.

"Failure to complete the task for the day... You'll get a hundred strokes instead" Chris stated, his eyes narrowing into slits, with a flash of malicious intent.
