Capítulo 68: Gifts

"So," Lumielle said crossing her arms over her chest as she looked at Asterias casually sitting inside of her room. She had just come back from tea time with Veronica, Yennafer, and Elise. The three of them vividly chatting away about senseless things. It was nice to have them by her side, a safety net for high society. By using their names and connections as leverage, she would be able to open more doors.

"What are you doing here?" The purple-haired princess asked tilting her head.

Asterias sipped his tea nonchalantly, "Sylvia invited me in."

Of course. The maid had been gushing over Asterias and Lumielle. If Evangeline had been here, Asterias wouldn't have been able to step inside of the walls of the Emerald Palace. She knew that Evangeline was not particularly fond of the white-haired heir of the Everion Duchy.

Sitting down, Sylvia gave a smile seemingly proud of what she had done. "Then, I'll excuse the two of you," she said, "I need to go clean the garden."
