Capítulo 1: Justin

It has been three years since my transmigration into the DC universe and I can say everything was not going well. To start off, I awoke in the body of a boy that had just been killed by Joker in one of his cruel jokes filled fight with Batman, a gift to the Dark Knight for some twisted thing I couldn't understand. What I could thank for as I lay there in agony was that I was glad I had asked for Zombie-man's power. My fatal injuries had healed fast enough that in a minute, I was full to back in health. I was also stronger, thanks to another power, Allen the Alien's powers.

Allen the Alien had sort of a boost whenever he recovers from grievous injuries; becoming stronger, faster, more durable and his healing factor rising too. I felt them all that I knew I could curve steel rods with my bare hands easily. But I also knew the greatest of them all was Garou's potential. I had decided to take even his final form Cosmic Fear Garou into consideration and all I can say was that I was glad. That was because my fourth wish was further boasted by this; Absolute Combat superpower.

This superpower was simply turning one into a being unmatched even by gods when it comes to fighting. Techniques would come as fluent as water if they involved combat and even fictional moves would be appropriated with no problem at all. Let's say I want to use shadow clones but I don't have chakra. No problem for I would use this universe's reciprocal, ki, to power up my clones! My fifth wish made it that I was an absolute monster whether in terms of fighting or not. I had gotten Absolute Learning which entailed that I could learn anything, instantly, and improve upon it infinitely. I could improve the shadow clone to a point the clones are just myself; sharing everything. If my true body dies, I would never be dead if I had a shadow clone! Lastly because apparently the ROB was feeling generous, he gifted me Absolute Teaching superpower which made me such a great teacher that I could enlighten an amoeba into a Buddha if I wanted!

So, with a determination, I set off for my training montage and I can honestly say I did not expect the outcome. Starting with my ki, lifeforce, I learnt how to meditate, improving upon it the more I mediated till I could meditate even under extreme stressful workout! It basically helped me get an infinite source of ki for I was regenerating it just as much as I was spending, no matter the technique. Furthermore, my ki reserves had become so huge I can honestly say they had no end! Does that mean I could live forever? Probably, I had no idea.

Secondly, with just three years of just training, I can honestly say Saitama has no beat on me when it comes to physical strength. Even if he rises it to how much level he could, I can one shot him easily! This is thanks to a technique that I acquired calling itself the Indomitable Body technique, a cultivation technique. While even the most talented would need numerous treasures to cultivate it, I simply learnt it and I was immediately cultivating it subconsciously, which was bullshit. The more I learnt more about it the more I improved on it till I had to stop for I ran the risk of shattering reality with a muscle twitch! That's just three years! Now, I am sure I was undying body wise because I could rebuild damage faster than anyone can dish it. This also applied to my soul thanks to a reciprocate technique called the Indomitable Soul technique. The owner of the technique trained it to a level his soul couldn't even be extinguished by the Death Dao and I improved it to a point even if all deaths combined their forces, they couldn't budge it! Yes, I had transcended death, yet I knew there was still more because I had reached any limit yet but as with my body, I stopped before I collapse the entirety of the DC universe.

 .........…..

Three years now and I was back in Gotham, donning tattered clothes with my faithful border collie that I named Bessie. Bessie was no ordinary dog; I had made sure to train it to be a demon god if this was the cultivation world. But she was my loyal, 2 feet long border collie that was always eager for my pets, even if she could turn into a 6 miles long titan of utter destruction at a drop of a dime. As for why I was in Gotham, well, what better place to hide as the strongest human in the universe than the city housing a super curse and a portal to hell, no extremely powerful being will bother to look here. Besides that, I had decided that the path of immortality was difficult alone so I was here to recruit some minions while also trying to reenact my personal fantasy of being a gang leader.

"You shouldn't be here, boy," a homeless man told me while looking at me with pity. I mean, I might be thirteen years old, probably looking like this for the rest of my life, but I was a forty-four years old man before. But I could appreciate his concern.

"It's that rough in the city, huh?" I asked as I sat down next to him. He gave me a once over, thinking to himself why I was so bold to entertain him but couldn't for the life of him figure out why. He then just sighed, giving up on his thoughts.

"The Batman is on his hunts, searching for Mister Freeze who had broken out of Arkham, killed sixteen guards too. Sigh, I miss the good old days with the gangs like the Carmine family, it was much simpler then," he said, nostalgically.

"I gather you don't like the Batman all that much, then?" I asked and he scoffed in return.

"I mean he is trying but the city is becoming worse and worse. The Joker, the Riddler, Dr Pyg, Penguin, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Scare Cow and now I hear even someone like Kite-man had somehow become someone to be wary off! Kite-man!" He then took a swig of his brown bag covered cheap alcohol to calm his nerves before turning to look at me deep into my eyes. "This is the wrong city to roam the streets aimlessly, young blood, even monsters roam the darkness in this city."

"Oh yeah, I've heard of them, Killer Croc, Mud-face and Man-bat. Are they eating humans then?"

"I honestly don't know and I make sure I don't keep me safe that way," he said, a shudder going down his spine. This was the fate of the weak, they are trampled by the strong and cruel till they can't even look up at them! Just as I was reminiscing, another homeless person walked over with his cart, beaming in happiness.

"Justin, just heard Wayne is putting together a soup kitchen next to the burnt down church, we're all heading over, wanna come?" he asked the man I was speaking to, who recoiled back in what I could recognize as trauma.

"Lenny, you know how I feel about those things. I'll pass," he dismissed him and the man named Lenny walked away, down-heartened.

"Something happen?" I asked Justin who just gave me an emotionless smile.

"Best leave it at that, young'un," he said, his hand going for his bottle. "The night's cold and there's warm soup to be had. Best you head over and have some, young one like yourself need the energy." I could tell he was just sending me away to wallow in his own sadness and while I wanted to stay, the soup kitchen had something I wanted, the street children will most definitely attend. The Waynes had a positive reputation and Bruce Wayne had made sure to bolster it even more. I turned to Bessie who started wagging her tail expecting me to give her some pats.

"Look after our new friend, Bessie and I'll treat you to your favorite meal," I told her and she just became super motivated, going over and sitting next to Justin like a faithful watchdog. Her favorite food was demonic beasts, beasts that roam hell. I had been training how to open a gargantua, Bleach's Hollow's specialty, and I found myself in hell. Long story short, I have been banned there for a massacre that was definitely not my fault. The fact Bessie had gained an appetite for demons and their beasts didn't help and Heaven and Hell came together to ban me from ever accessing Hell. They didn't put into consideration that Bessie could open a gargantua herself and I wasn't about to tell them. Anyway, once I was sure Bessie would stay put, I quickly caught up to Lenny.

"You're the kid with Justin, need something?" Lenny asked when I caught up.

"Just wanted to accompany you to the soup kitchen. Was hungry and Justin wasn't about to help me there," I answered as I fell in beside him.

"Sigh, terrible business that was. Justin's been through much, most of us have but Justin has it worse," Lenny said but didn't continue. I let it go, I would get the story later on but now was time to do what I came here to do.

"Will there be other kids there?" I asked.

"Well, yeah, probably. You're not from around here so you don't know. Most kids in the streets are protected by Catwoman. She has a shelter where they get fed in and sleep mostly. We have learnt quite painfully and vividly that she is their protector. Some come to volunteer in the soup-kitchens organized by the Wayne boy but they mostly keep to their selves," Lenny answered me, making me sigh in regret. Sure, I could poach the kids but that would make Selena target me. If she does, Batman wouldn't be far and while I wasn't afraid of him, I knew a headache followed if I defeated the Batman; the Justice League, more specifically Diana and Dr Fate. I am sure, mostly to the latter, they must know me by now, the only human to ever be banned in hell out of fear of me causing chaos, I was that famous!

"Well, that's a shame," I sighed, abandoning my idea and turning back. If street kids are off the list, then I will simply turn to the most desperate of them all.

When I got back to Justin, I saw him looking at Bessie like she was the devil while she was happily chewing on a leathery clawed humanoid arm. There was blood all over, painting a gruesome picture and further down the alley was a dismembered head of a huge bat-like creature that I immediately recognized as Man-bat. I could immediately fill in the dots of what happened here so I walked up to Bessie who was wagging her tail so fast I was slightly nervous she could cause a hurricane and began to pamper her with love.

"Wha…What is it?" Justin asked while pointing at Bessie. I turned to him and smiled.

"Are you tired of always being the weak one, Justin, of always looking over your back in fear, of always looking at your past with regret?" I asked him, adopting my previous life's persona of a car salesman.
