After playing a few more rounds with himself Nanami came out of the food isle. He then went to the section where the products for health care were kept.
Not even 20 seconds later Nanami came out of the section and immediately went in the direction of the cashier who was behind the counter playing rock, paper, scissors with himself.
I looked up and saw Nanami coming in the direction of the counter. Kakashi stopped the game he was playing with myself and stared at the amount of bread that he had carried.
"There had to be at least 11 of the same type of bread in his shopping cart." Kakashi muttered to himself. Nanami carried 13 loafs of the same type of bread and a tube of toothpaste.
"I would like the procedures to be done fast." Nanami said without looking up. He brought out his wallet, he opened it and picked a sum of money.
Nanami always came to this specific supermarket several times a week. He was already familiar with the price of bread here.
After he had finished determining the amount of money it was, Nanami handed over the money. For a brief moment both of their gazes caught. Nanami's eyebrows furrowed as he immediately recognized the person in front of him.
His look returned to normal and he began picking the bread on the table preparing to leave. Just as Nanami was about to leave Nanami said something that left Kakashi mystified, "You remind me of someone I met, let's just hope it isn't what I suspect."
He then stepped out of the supermarket and began walking away. He walked into the sun that glazed outside and went the way he came… or at least to where he was going.
"What did that mean?" Kakashi asked himself.
A customer suddenly stepped into the door and proceeded to take a shopping cart as he went into one of the isles.
"This is going to be a long day." Kakashi muttered to himself as he looked for a way to sate his boredom.
…
At exactly 6:30 in the evening a young silver-haired man walked out of a supermarket. He was sporting a blue T-shirt with blue pants and blue shoes.
"I guess I'm really not one to judge other people. My fashion sense is even worse than his." Kakashi said to himself as he remembered how he had judged Kento's fashion sense when he had entered the supermarket.
One would expect a young Nanami to sport the same attire as Satoru Gojo or Suguru Geto, both of them usually wore the uniform of Jujutsu Tech. They did wear normal clothes, but that was mostly because their missions were almost daily that would be expected.
"I have to create a schedule for my daily life." The young man that looked like a scarecrow with silver hair walked towards the direction of his home.
"I'm quite hungry." He said to himself as his stomach rumbled.
Kakashi hadn't eaten for 3 days straight. Anymore and even a pastor would advise him to stop. He quickly got bored of the pace he went at and went into an alley. From there he began sprinting back the place he called home.
"I really need some grub." Kakashi bemoaned.
He walked towards the bedroom to lie down and get prepared for the next day. He removed his clothes and left himself only in a pair of underwear, but he was the only one in the house so it was not like anyone would notice.
He canceled the transformation. It left a much shorter version of himself in the bedroom, he wanted to laugh at himself. He had removed the clothes of the transformation and now had to remove the clothes of his actual body.
"There should probably be some slippers around here. People usually keep their slippers under their beds." He muttered as he got onto his knees and began fishing for some slippers.
Kakashi's eyes widened as he felt his hand reach something that resembled a paper-like slip. He immediately got a hold of it and removed it from the under of the bed.
He brought it out into the light. Kakashi then started laughing maniacally, it made Kira's laugh look like the one of a noob. In his hand there was exactly a hundred yen.
"I have finally acquired it. Money! I can finally eat for the first time in this world." Kakashi said. All his former fatigue vanished from his body as he got off the floor with the agility of a leopard and rushed out of the house.
He ran towards a ramen shop that he had seen for a couple of times. Kakashi stepped into the shop and sat on one of the chairs that were next to the counter. The room was empty except for him and the chef.
"I want a bowl of ramen." He said to the chef.
"That'll be 50 yen." The man informed him as he went to prepare the bowl.
"Do you want any specific flavor?" The man asked.
"Just give me anyone that can be prepared the fastest." Kakashi said quickly.
"Okay, your order is coming." The man then went to the kitchen.
'Finally, I'm going to eat. It has been three days since I came to this verse and I haven't even had water or food… This body is quite resilient to be able to survive for three days straight without eating or drinking water and still is able to hold off 4 men and beat them.' He thought.
Kakashi had no idea of who had decided to bless him with this body. He always thought souls would end up in heaven or hell, he even considered there being no life after death. He had been given a new body, it resembled Kakashi Hatake and had even been blessed with a three-tomoe sharingan.
The original Kakashi Hatake had a mangekyou sharingan and even got an identical pair of the same eyes. He was also able to create a susanoo on his first try despite not being pure uchiha blood.
'I guess my next try is to unlock the mangekyou sharingan…" His line of thoughts were interrupted by the smell of ramen. The food quickly came into his view and he awoke from his line of thought.
The chef dropped the ramen on the table in front of his customer.
Kakashi put his hand together and had a short prayer. He then carried his chopsticks and began devouring.
In 5 minutes he was done and asked for another one. The chef complied and took the dirty dish and went back into the kitchen. In two minutes he came out again and handed his customer another bowl.
Kakashi again finished his food before 6 minutes elapsed. He paid the man the 100 yen he had on him and went back home with a full stomach.
"I don't know why but 2 bowls of ramen really did the trick. I don't know why, but I am full." He said to himself.
The body didn't need much food and could also survive for several days without it. This was the kind of body that was blessed.
Kakashi walked back into his house with a full belly. He locked up while meeting the pile of rubble on the floor.
"The first course of action would be to repair the bathroom."
The rubble had been shifted into an empty store room and just stayed there. Kakashi met it on the way because the door was opened and not closed.
"But for that I would need money." He said. There was a hole in his bedroom wall and another hole in his kitchen floor.
"I guess I'll repair it when I get my pay for the month. Or when my money is enough to pay and still enough to pay basic necessities… Wait, I remember. That wasn't the only slip of paper I found under the bed."
