Capítulo 50: Fight and curses

Chris sat up from Sky's lap and hesitated before he answered the call. He was kind of uncomfortable with all their eyes on him, but he didn't want to leave the room just because he wanted to answer the call.

Chris could guess that at this point, they were probably wondering what it was about him that he was not only with Rachel but also with Emily. The two most wanted girls in the school now. Oh, there was also Rain. And he didn't need to look exceptionally great to have all these women around him. He was Chris, after all.

He answered the call.

"I thought you'd have called me by now," Emily said.

She had a pretty voice. It sounded soft, too. He imagined she was lying peacefully on her bed.

Since they exchanged numbers that night, yesterday was the first time she reached out to him, and she sent a message that simply read, "I hope you saved my number—Emily."
