At first, Davy didn't answer, but he quickly got himself together and nodded. His nervousness gradually faded.
"Hello, I'm Davy... a human." He only imitated her introduction because he didn't know how to introduce himself or if that's the norm here. His voice sounded stiff, and the elf—Elen—laughed again.
"How are you so adorable? Don't be so stiff. Any introduction is fine." She waved her hand, and another seat appeared next to her. "Here, sit down, and then we'll talk more!" Her smile didn't waver even once, as if she really liked talking to Davy.
When Davy looked at Elen, the corners of his mouth twitched. This woman was so excited that Davy was starting to think that maybe she really was easily interested in anything.
He shook his head and went to the seat that Elen had set up for him. Through it all, she kept her eyes on him. He thought he should get used to it.
