~CAMILLE'S POV~

I stand at the bus stop, patiently waiting for the bus to arrive so I can head home. Alice had gone to dinner with Lester, and although she invited me to join, I declined. My stomach hasn't been feeling quite right, and I'd rather not eat anything to avoid making it worse. I've already put my car up for sale, but I haven't found a buyer yet. It's not that I can't afford a new car, but it's just not a priority at the moment. I'm focused on finding a new apartment first, and most of my savings are earmarked for Carter's education. Even though he's working hard to secure a scholarship, there are still numerous expenses to cover, such as books, which the school won't provide for free. I've already located a better apartment and made a deposit, but I need to find time to complete the necessary paperwork before I can move.
