I honestly don't know who these people that are trying to capture me. All I know was that they came from some sort of organization called The Order of Stardust. Now that I had the time to think while Lilith and Diane were fighting them...I noticed that the word Stardust was actually a word I have heard before. The thing was, the last time I heard something about it was my old Team Stardust that I left last semester. I handed away my leadership to Blax while I continued my study on my own here in Infinity Academy. I can't really commit myself to be a private group that does random quest for a daily basis. That's their job now. But the last thing I know about them was that they were on a big quest to help out someone important to me in the past. I wonder if the team has been friendly with Mei or not.
But that's not the big matter at hand because now I found out that their is an organization called The Order of Stardust. It made me remember of something related to my ancestor, Cyclone. He was one of the member of a long old great organization. I don't know the full name but it had the word, Stardust in it as well. That was originally the reason I decided to call my Magic Duel team name was. But the longer I stick with that name, we ended up wanting to further establish that name as our own party. A party of unique wizards. I was only able to enjoy Team Stardust as a party for a single quest I did with them. But nonetheless, I think their doing a good job as a party with Blax as the current leader.
I'm beginning to wonder whether The Order of Stardust has any relation to my ancestor at all or not. But I won't get that answer today unfortunately...
"I'm almost done, White." Prince Medley said so as he almost finished eating the gum that was on my arm.
"Goodness, why does this have to happen."
While that was happening, Lilith and Diane was at the advantage as they wage battle against Liquid and Granite.
"I wasn't ready to actually get serious with this kids to be honest." Granite whispered to Liquid.
Liquid then replied to him, "I don't think today is going to be worth it with how much ruckus we're making already."
"You're right. We have to back out somehow. We do this another time." suggested Granite.
While they were whispering with each other, Lilith and Diane was wondering.
"Hey Lilith, who do you think is White? The fact that he is being hunted by these guys is something interesting."
Lilith then told her, "Have you ever heard of a Dragon Infinitum Crystal?"
"I've heard of that. One of the common knowledge for us, Magic Studies students. What of it?" asked Diane.
"Well...It looks like White are one of those that ate it."
"He does? And these guys want to that from him or something?"
"Apparently, they have the technology to extract White's Dragon Infinitum but I can't confirm if their lying or not."
Diane then thought, "I never heard of such contraption exist in the books I've read."
"As you said, they could be lying and the real thing could be simply using him for something bad."
"Using White?" Diane was confused.
"I don't know how. But it could be like what happened last semester with The Watcher Incident." concluded Lilith.
"Well we can't let that happen again especially from someone like White, right? It could be more dangerous than before." Diane then added on, "Besides, last time Lala didn't allow us to leave The Magic Ball to join the big battle that was happening outside. If we were there, it would be a quick finish considering how talented we are." bragged Diane.
"I wouldn't brag if I were you had it been Lala's great intuition."
Then, "Hey guys, I'm here...what's up." I was finally released from the sticky gums.
"Took you long enough, White." Diane rolled her eyes.
"I guess it's my fault for getting caught in that embarrassment." I told them so.
Diane then asked, "Where's The Prince?"
I told her, "He's alright. He's resting over there. Now we need to take care of this guys..."
We turned our attention to the two elite members of The Order of Stardust. They were looking at us very carefully. But without much planning, Diane called in four of her sand 'servants' and led the charge. The two guys easily took out her 'servants' using their abilities. But that was just a distraction as I had Blinked together with Lilith behind them. We were able to launch a pincer attack of some sort with Lilith doing some dark energy magic while I did a Spiral Sphere wind technique that I learned from Fitz a couple of weeks ago in Eveiht.
We figured that we have won. But all those abilities we made had created a huge blind spot for us as the sands that came from Diane's ability had deterred our visions slightly. During that confusion, apparently those two guys were able to ran away from us as the dust begins to settle from the crazy wind that I made.
"Their gone..." I sounded disappointed.
"We'll get them next time, White. Right now, we should go see Lala." suggested Diane.
Lilith however suggested otherwise, "How about we see Zenith first? She could be waking up looking for us already."
"But The Princess is gone!" I told them.
Diane assured me, "It's alright White. Princess Sonata will be fine. Nis, Raven and Emerald are handling that."
"I see...Then let's get The Prince and head for Zenith." I told them.
And that was all I heard from the elites of The Order of Stardust. If only we were able to ask them a few question. I could have at least ask them about what happened to my long distance relative, Cyclone Flash. But I guess today's not the day...
Meanwhile, behind the scene, the two escapees talked with each other.
"A major failure..." Granite was not satisfied.
Liquid then clenched his fist in anger, "I wasn't prepared for that at all!"
"Can you keep it down, Liquid? We barely got away from them there. Thankfully we have a third guy to help us just in time."
Lurking behind the shadow, a silhouette spoke to them, "I've told you. The kids are strong. Time's are slowly changing."
Granite then told him, "Well thankfully we didn't go all out against them that time. I've barely used everything I have."
Liquid added, "Yeah, I was only able to use like 10% of what I can do..."
"Maybe our dear leader will finally allow us to use more than that against White and his friends later on with this failure today." Granite figured.
The silhouette then told them, "I'm sure he will. And when that time comes..." The silhouette came out of the shadow and revealed himself, "He will be running out of time..."
The unknown person was wearing a dark armored hooded shroud. What most surprising to this was that he had the same kind of dagger that Cyclone White has. The same one that was given by Cyclone White parent...
