Percy suddenly stopped talking and bit his lip. Guilt was written all over his face. 

"I'm so sorry, Penny. I wasn't able to stop that woman from trying to take over your life. I didn't want her to mess things up for you and Roman but she took my advice way too seriously and made herself comfortable here."
