Capítulo 98: ENGAGEMENT PARTY

I arrived at the mansion two hours to the event in a hurry. What could be more worse than the bride being late to her own engagement party?

With quick steps I hurried into the mansion ignoring the greetings from Gaius and his maids. Stepping into the lounge I was greeted by Darla and her few workers, Jenet and Evans, and a man in women clothing.

"You're here." I stopped in my track to greet them.

"We have been waiting for two hours." Darla said as she rose from where she sat.

"I'm sorry darling, I lost track of time." I shifted my gaze to the others.

"As you already know these are my assistant and that's Mickey, he'll be your makeup artist." Darla introduced and I smiled.

Jenet and Evan looked terrified of me but I didn't have the time for them. I was running late for my party.
