Capítulo 63: The Tower Appeared

" Hey bro, it seems the beer is not so good today!!! " said a drunk man as he drinks his beer for he states the beer's taste is getting sour after the gods begin to ban any beer products to be distributed in the whole Trinia Country.
" You're right, damn the gods for being so rigid!!! "
" We just want to have some fun in the middle of these monster attacks, Deviant attacks, the Holy War, or whatsoever. " said another drunk man who happens also in the alleyway.
" For too long the Diviners had not set their gaze upon this district!!! " said the second drunk man again.
" Now look!!! this district is broken, the people ... hiccup.... are in poverty from all of these monsters attacks happened so frequently ... hiccup... in this district," he says as he complains about District T's poverty and chaos while drunk for he says that District T is once the Capital City of Trinia but then after the Capital City has been changed to District A, makes District T became so abandoned as this district slowly degrades from a city to a village as most of its people had already been left before head with their Cash and Credits while the poor stays to die in this District.
Since this district is so abandoned, many people from other Districts begin to call this District the Trash District, for this place is so abandoned but also this place is also used to exile some heretics so they will die from the monsters who roamed free in this District after they came out from the Gates back then.
" Oh, we are so... poor...., our fate is so... poor... "
" We are left here to die as this District has been given a large border shield to prevent anything entering or escaping this District by the gods themselves ... hiccup.. " the second drunk man says while drinking the last sip of his beer, as the tip of the last beer's liquid is now hanging on the edge of the bottle.
As the liquid falls into his mouth, suddenly the sky swirls as thunder and lightning flashes while the wind starts to whirl like a tornado the drunk man is having his last sip as the drop begins to enter his mouth and at that moment, from the skies, a Gate appeared and suddenly flashes down a beam as it tears through the District T's border shield from the skies as the beam destroys everything there as the beam slowly disappears and from that beam...
" Wha... what is that..? " said the drunk man as he was so lucky to survive the beam as he now been snapped back into reality as he sees that from the smokes where the beam landed, he sees a giant structure emerges from within, a giant structure that instantly gives him fear.
" No, no..... "
" This building!!!? it can't be!!!? " the man says as he recognizes the building to be the worst object Humanity feared from the Gates, which is.
" It's .... the ... Tower ..... " the man says in fear.
" The [Abyss Tower]!!!!!! " the man says as the tower, from the top of it, he can see winged monsters come down at him with so many numbers, so many numbers which make him can only stare as doom rains on him from above.
....
( At the same time. )
*Phone Rings*
" Hello... "
" What!!!? an [Abyss Tower] !!!!? " Inquisitor Kara shouts as she wakes up from her bed as she was on her off-duty since she wants to stay in her parents' house after she buried her sister Tae Ra.
As she accepts the call, she immediately suits up and prays to her god Aphrodite for her blessings while walking towards her room's door to leave but at that moment after she opens it.
" Where are you going, Kara? " Inquisitor Kara's mom says as she asks where is Kara going right now at midnight.
" I'm going to work mom!!! the High Inquisitor calls me to join him. " Kara says as she wants to leave her parents who were watching TV as she says goodbye to her mom and her asleep dad on the sofa before leaving with her motorbike.
"( An [Abyss Tower] on District T? )" Kara says as she recounts the information she briefly received.
"( That should've not happened, I thought the gods had assured that district is shielded and off-limits with their Divine Power. )" Kara thinks to herself as she increases her gas to quickly reach district T.
While increasing her gas, Kara suddenly hears a voice the voice is from Aphrodite, her respective goddess who talks to her since she wants to inform her about something which made Kara shocked as she doubts her goddess's words.
" Are you sure lord Aphrodite? "
" Are you sure you want him to join me? " Kara asks Aphrodite.
" Of course my dear, after all... "
" The boy is more capable than you think. " Aphrodite says to Kara to message Ragna right now and tell him about the things she had been told by her Boss which she immediately does so without further questions.
"( I hope you know what are you asking me for, goddess. )" Kara says while messaging Ragna as she then quickly goes to her destination after a brief pause.
"( I hope Ragna would come in the morning if what lord Aphrodite says to me is true. )"
"( I don't know why, but my goddess seems to have to give him a bit of favor with reasons unknown. )" Kara thinks to herself while driving and sprinting her way to the location as minutes later she then came to the rendezvous point where in that place, she can see the cause of this day's first problem.
" Oh by the gods!!! "
" Is that tower for real? " Kara asks after arriving.
" It is real, Inquisitor Kara. " Inquisitor Vincent comes to her as he looks at the tower from afar.
" The [Abyss Tower], it has appeared again after Twelve Years... "
" And this time, it appeared in the most secluded place possible. " Inquisitor Vincent says while Inquisitor Kara just opened her mouth instinctively while gazing upon the large tower inside district T's district barrier.
" Let's go, Kara!!! "
" The High Inquisitor had summoned us," he says as the two Inquisitors leave the sight to group with their boss and comrades.
