Alex looked at the dog again to make sure it was alright. Despite the impact, Alex had not been driving too fast, which fortunately made the crash less dangerous. Moreover, he had already given the dog the dew of life, which could help its recovery a little.

With these thoughts in mind, Alex decided to keep the dog in the ring room for now. He still had to visit his aunt's house and meet with relatives.

After a short while, Alex arrived at a house that looked immaculate. He remembered that this was Rochelle's aunt's home; she had married a veterinarian. The youngest aunt immediately recognized Alex as soon as she saw him, bringing back memories of their first meeting.

With this realization, Alex could only nod in acknowledgment.

Alex then had a conversation with his aunt for a while before bidding her goodbye and heading home. He also gave some vegetables to Aunt Rochelle, who seemed a bit flustered but accepted them happily.

As Alex was about to leave, the front door opened, revealing a familiar man. He looked at Alex with curiosity and asked, "Hey, who are you? Why are you in my house?"

Before Alex could respond, Aunt Rochelle quickly explained, "Don't you remember? This is Russell, Robert's son."

"Ah, I see! That's why you look familiar," the man replied with recognition.

"Hehe, Uncle, I also thought I recognized you when we met at the animal hospital earlier," Alex added.

"Wait, you two just met at the animal hospital?" asked the curious aunt, joining the conversation.

"Yes, just now Russell brought the dog that was run over. Now, where is the dog?"

"I left it with a friend, uncle!"

"Well, if there's any problem, you can call your uncle right away."

"Okay, uncle!"

With that, Alex chatted a little more with his uncle and aunt before finally leaving.

Alex finally arrived home after dark. On his way, he didn't forget to take out a few things from his space ring. Among them were a steak wrapped in aluminum foil, some food, and of course, the injured domestic yellow dog.

When Alex arrived home, he couldn't help but shout, "Lilith, Daddy is home and he brought you some good food!"

Lilith, who heard this from her room, immediately lit up. She was so happy to have her dad around, as lately, everything around her, including food, had become more enjoyable.

Hastily, Lilith moved toward the source of the sound to approach her father. Seeing the many packages in his hands, Lilith couldn't help but gulp and drool.

Lily, who also heard the commotion, naturally came out to see what was happening. When she saw the large number of packages in her husband's hands, she was a little displeased, thinking that he was being too extravagant.

At first, Lily wanted to scold him, but she stopped when she noticed something else near her husband.

With this, Lily couldn't help but ask curiously, "What's that in your near feet"

Lilith, who had fallen into a trance from drooling, was also disturbed when she heard her mother's question. With this, she couldn't help but direct her gaze to something else that was near Alex's feet. There lay a not-too-big plastic cage.

With this, Lilith also asked a little shyly and awkwardly, "I-is this Daddy?"

"Oh, this is the dog that Father accidentally hit before. Since she became like this due to her father's negligence, I will take care of her for a while before finally releasing her once she can become independent again," Alex explained.

Lilith, who heard this, then nodded vigorously.

Meanwhile, Lily was a bit helpless because she thought her husband could only play around!

"Well, does Lilith want to try eating some very expensive meat?"

"Oh, how expensive is it, Daddy?"

"The price of this meat can be up to thousands of dollars!"

"Wow, so expensive! Then how does it taste, Dad?"

"Now that Lilith is curious, let's try it together!"

With this, father and son went to the kitchen to get plates. Alex then put the meat, which still looked fresh as if it had just come out of the oven, onto the plate. Lilith and Lily were very curious about it.

Alex then cut a piece and fed it to his son. When Lilith tasted it, she praised loudly, "Wow Daddy, this is the best meat I've ever eaten!"

"Hoho, really? If Lilith likes it, Dad will often get it for you!"

"Umm yeah!" said Lilith, still in pleasure.

Lily, who saw this, was slightly doubtful. Alex then urged his wife to taste the meat as well.

Lily was originally skeptical about the meat and wondered if it was truly expensive. However, after tasting it herself, she became convinced that this meat was indeed of high quality. Its unique taste couldn't be replicated with anything available in the market.

Despite being impressed with the taste, Lily felt even more dissatisfied with her husband. If it weren't for Lilith's presence, she might have burst out and exclaimed, "What a waste!" right in Alex's face. The burden of their debts, which amounted to millions, was a constant worry for her, and it took away her appetite for several days.

With mixed feelings, Lily couldn't help but think about their financial situation and how they needed to be careful with their expenses.

After that, the family continued with their usual activities at night. Alex was busy dealing with fluids and test tubes, as he had been in the previous days. While he was occupied with his work, he was surprised by Lily's voice, which was unusually calm.

Curious, Alex asked, "What is it?"

Lily, who had made up her mind, now felt a little helpless. She had wanted to complain to her husband about his extravagance for a long time, but she kept suppressing her feelings. However, the longer she remained silent, the more extravagant Alex seemed to become.

With determination, she finally decided to lecture him about their financial situation. "Ahhh, can't you be less extravagant? We still owe millions."

Hearing this, Alex softened a bit. He knew that his wife was under a lot of pressure. "Yeah, okay, I won't be too extravagant in the future," he agreed immediately.

The two of them then talked for a while before eventually falling asleep.

The next morning, Alex delivered the last batch of vegetables to Ethan. After that, he immediately tended to his orchard, pulling weeds, watering the plants, and applying fertilizer to the trees that needed it.

Later, Alex went into the ring room to organize the items stored inside. Standing in front of the Tree of Life, he concentrated his mind to control the objects within the space at will. At first, it was a challenging task for his soul, and he experienced headaches after drinking the dew of life several times.

However, with practice, Alex grew accustomed to it, and the headaches subsided. He gained a better understanding of the Tree of Life's abilities, which allowed him to manipulate the items stored in the space effortlessly.

With this newfound control, the Tree of Life, which was previously embedded in the ground, began to show signs of change. A wide crack appeared, encircling the area around it, and then widened further, forming an uneven circle.

Slowly but surely, the Tree of Life floated and lifted quite high. After that, an invisible barrier suddenly formed around the floating Tree of Life.

Upon witnessing this, Alex nodded in approval, gazing at the vast expanse of surrounding wasteland, preparing for a massive transformation.

He began by dividing the space into two sections. Two-tenths were designated for planting, while the remaining eight-tenths were left as wild ecological areas as he had planned.

Alex leveled the designated 2/10 area, preparing it for his future garden. Meanwhile, the 8/10 area was left untouched.

With precision, Alex started planting all the vegetable seeds he had in the designated 2/10 area. As for the 8/10 region, he scattered some grass seeds and various other plants, allowing them to grow naturally.

After tidying up the ring room, Alex stepped out and immediately ventured into the depths of the mountain forest. Along his way, he continued to collect various items, scanning the ground with his divine consciousness in the hopes of discovering some hidden treasures.

Whenever he came across tree seeds, Alex wasted no time transplanting them into his space ring, expanding his collection of seeds.

However, as he ventured deeper, Alex suddenly encountered a black bear. It was the first time he had come across such a creature, leaving him shocked and unsure of how to react.

Fortunately, the bear remained oblivious to Alex's presence due to his cautious use of divine sense, which allowed him to remain temporarily undetected.

"Ah, what should I do?" Alex pondered, his mind racing. He was afraid that any sudden movement or noise might alert the bear and lead to an unexpected attack.

With this in mind, Alex decided to stay still for a while and observe the situation cautiously, hoping the bear would move on without sensing his presence.
