After humanity had grown independent of the gods, turning to their prized technology, the powers of the gods began to fade.

In retaliation the gods launched project Hadera, opening rifts or portals on Earth that led directly to the den of Olympian beasts.

The beasts were free to ravage for 6 days , on the 7th people with golden markings began appearing and receiving strange messages.
