Capítulo 3: The Beginning
When I was reading HSDK, do you know what I was thinking? I want to be a master martial artist with my unique style. I want to be a strong master with my unique style.
In my previous life, I did train martial arts. I did taekwondo, because my cousins did it, and it does look cool. I did train taekwondo for several years and was quite good at it too. But, again, my lazy side triumphed over me, so I never train at taekwondo seriously, and never bother to improve myself to be a master taekwondo.
And when I read HSDK, I became interested in jujutsu and judo because of akisame koetsuji and that hot big b**bs lady that believe technique triumph over strength (i like women, got a problem with it?). So I decided to train at a judo club nearby home. Unfortunately, there is no jujutsu near home, so I cannot train at it.
I had to admit, while I prefer to laze around, I had fun doing both judo and taekwondo. though, I stop training at them because I got busy with my college, hanging out with my friends, and well... I got banned by my club for several reasons that I will not disclose and I want to laze around.
Now, I got a chance to be reborn at HSDK, I seriously considering developing my martial arts style. and I'm considering combining taekwondo, judo and capoeira.
Why capoeira you ask? I think it's feasible to combine all three styles. The movement of capoeira, the technique of taekwondo and the defence of judo when enemies got too close to me.
Fortunately for me, I was reborn into a clan of martial arts that specialize in kicking techniques with a short sword at hand to handle the enemies that got too close.
My clan martial art style is called "Tempest". (Don't bother searching it. I made it up). It's called tempest because the combination of sword and kicking techniques resemble that of the dance of wind and will cut you thoroughly.
Unfortunately for someone lazy like me, being reborn to a martial arts like me, being reborn to a martial arts like my clan mean that I will receive training from a very young age.
Not just training, they even already start preparing me from when I already can eat solid food. They will prepare meals that maximize the nutrition for my body and minimize waste.
They even move my legs and hand for me in a certain way every day since I'm not able to move my body yet. They do it for 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour before and after my afternoon nap, and 1 hour at night. So in total, they move my body for a total of 4 hours every day.
I think they move my body every to develop my body better to become a martial artist, and also so my body can remember the katas.
My clan, despite being called a clan, consists only of my grandparents, my father and my uncle families. I have not even seen my mother yet. I cannot see properly yet when I was born since my eyes were still not developed enough to see properly at that time (all I can see is blurry figures and colours), so I cannot see my mother properly at the time. My uncle got a son that was older than me by 3 years old.
Anyway, since I'm still a baby, someone will always be by my side if my father cannot attend to me. My father will leave the clan compound from time to time, doing jobs. I don't know what is the job though. Not yet.
Why do you ask that I'm suddenly telling about my clan member? For my mental training of course.
Same as my physical training, since I cannot do anything by myself yet, all I can do is listen. So whoever taking care of me will talk to me very often so I can develop my linguistic skill better and faster.
And do you know what the adults talk about? Everything. From daily life talks, baby talks, teach me the language to Legend of the martial arts, battle of the masters and their own experience about the cruelty side of the world. Not a talk for babies huh.
In my previous life, i was only capable of two languages, English and my mother language, so I cannot understand at all what they are talking about at first. But I know enough that my family talk in 2 languages, Japanese and Korean. How do I know? I watched a lot of anime and k-drama, so while I cannot understand them, I am still able to discern the language. And this is an example of when my wish was granted. I picked up the language pretty fast, so I can understand what they're talking about generally in 1 month. Not fast enough to be called a genius, but faster than in my previous life
