Capítulo 15: Kushinada Chikage
Year 12
There is nothing many happenings for the last two years. I kept my training with maximum effort, and I kept getting better.
But as I grew older, my focus is no longer only on martial arts. I want to start to prepare for my bright lazy life in the future.
How? Simple!! Money!! I will start to make my own money!!
I have re-created a lot of manga that appeared in my previous life, but have not or did not or will not appear in this life. And I have decided on 2 manga that I will publish first through a publishing company. Namely Fair* Tail and My H*ero Academia.
Both manga and the animation series of both works are so popular in my previous life, that even I like them both. Though prefer Fair* tail over MHA. Besides, both series have a storyline that is acceptable to all ages. Well, fair* tail is intended more for teenagers I guess, since both the manga and the animation gave a lot of fanservice.
Each title has a long series of episodes in the animation (Though not as much as one piece of detective Conan. The animation of one piece and Conan are already on the thousand series). They even have their game adaptation in the future. So all of the copyright payment will go to me if it's work nicely.
But, I had my worries that the publishing company that I will go will try to cheat me since I'm still underages, so I consult with my mother. Not because I'm a mom boy, but because she is a companies owner herself, and a successful one at that. So she would understand about business more than the tempest clan member and me.
So when she heard what I said over the phone, she said that she will come back as soon as possible to the tempest clan to talk about the publishing company and also to talk something with me.
Well, all I can do now is wait, right? She didn't specify when she will come back.
So I've been thinking, what am I good at? I know that asked the being to increase all of my talents, though only by a small margin, then there must be something I'm good at.
I already know that I'm good at martial arts, singing and drawing. But I'm pretty bad at cooking. My languages ability is a bit above average at best even after the increase of my talents, since I can learn many languages, but it is also factored by my experiences from my previous life and also my mom who forced me to learn them.
But is that all? I have not done a lot of things in this life besides training, travelling, singing and drawing. I can drop drawing for now since I already stockpiled a lot of finished manga that can be released slowly. And singing, while I'm good at it, after much thinking, I don't want to be a singer. It will take a lot of my lazy time.
So while waiting for my mom to come, I'm searching for activities that don't take a lot of time, I can do it pretty well but still has the potential to bring me a lot of income.
A week later, my mom finally came. With a surprise. A child is hiding behind mom. Shyly taking a peek at me from behind my mom's legs. From how small she is, I would guess that she is around 4 years old?
The surprise that happened to me is because I recognise her.
Kushinada Chikage. The adopted daughter of Kushinada Mikumo in the original series.
I guess that even with my presence the plot will still progress as intended with the original story, but of course, with changes.
If mom is adopting her just like in the original series, then doesn't mean I have a little sister?
Hehehe, now I have someone that I can order... Ahem, I mean I can have someone that I can pamper a lot hehe
Just to take note, even after a week I still didn't find any activities that can bring me money. I guess this is not something that can easily be found in just a week. If I never found it, I don't mind. The mangas that I've created should be enough to bring me a fortune for a lifetime. and if they are not enough, I could just use some of the money I gained from the mangas to do some investment.
Especially the gold investment. I remember that there are several points in time between 2000 through 2020 when the gold prices are increased drastically. So I can use those points of time to get profitable from the copyright of my mangas to be invested in gold investment.
