Capítulo 349: I'm not chilly, I'm surrounded in love

The first thing she noticed as she awoke that morning was a slight shiver in the air.

A cool chill lingered in her suite's bedroom. It was quickly evident why.

The window to the room had been left open overnight, and that sunny day of the previous morning was replaced with pouring rain.

Not a thunderstorm just yet, but quite the downpour.

Sweet Snowball had migrated from his cat bed to cuddle up to her in her sleep just to get away from the chill.

Her arms immediately wrapped securely around his tiny body, holding him close. She looked at her sweet boy and kissed his nose affectionately.

A slight mumble to her left turned her head.

Phoenix groaned in discontent as the sound of the rain on the window awning apparently filtered through his consciousness, his golden eyes flickering open, half-lidded, to peek blearily over at her and their fluffy baby. "Is it...already morning, love...?"
