"So they were exes?" Riley asked as she hounded me for details on the meeting at my home last night. 

"Exes, the one that got away, all that romantic mumbo jumbo you love," I said as I rolled my eyes at my cousin.

We were currently sitting in my office reviewing the latest financial documents of Harris Group. 

I had been tempted to drag my staff over to Durfort Inc. so that I could spend more time with my wife, but Lilith was against it. She was adamant that she needed time to help Soren and Savannah settle, plus she said that my employees would think I was slacking if I wasn't at work.

"And Savannah has to work in Lex's team with Marc?" Jade asked as she placed down the final document she was checking.

"Yup," I chuckled.

It was entertaining to watch the drama unfold, who knew drama was so fun when it wasn't in your life? 

"And you and Lili, you guys are happy now, right?" Riley asked me, her expression guarded.
