Karen spent the weekend with her parents as I promised. They were to return her in the evening. I couldn't wait to see her. My mother was yet to hear the news about Isabel, but we agreed to tell her when we got to the settlement. I had decided to move partially there with my mate. I knew I should propose to Karen, but I couldn't think of the right time to do so. A lot had been happening, and my pack had been withstanding a lot of attacks. The guy Karen captured told us some disturbing things about McCain's dealings with Marco. He also gave us names of employees that were McCain's moles in my Corp. I intend to do a thorough cleansing soon. We did not want to move on them now, so we did not alert Marco. Gavin and I pretended to agree with his hypothesis to keep up appearances.
