I couldn't believe it. I think I was hyperventilating. Valery asked me to calm down. I looked at Oscar with fear in my eyes. I couldn't believe what had just happened.

Oscar turned on the television in his office and saw the news. The bombing had happened over an hour ago. I was afraid for James and everyone that worked there. They were the closest I had to family. Sure they didn't give me a job, but they allowed James to feed me for eight years.

I cried for James. All he ever wanted was to own his restaurant and make the world a better place. Who would have done this?

Oscar got up and came to where I was sitting. Valery was still trying to console me.

" Calm down, baby. Please calm down." He pleaded with me and held me. All I could manage to say was " James".

"Valery, tell the driver to wait at the front with the jeep," Oscar ordered her and she left to carry out the task.
