Capítulo 6: Meeting a vampire
Lucy Lee was keen to rehearse martial arts and also instruct frank lee. She had advised him to get on to the Ruby park and there she will instruct him. Days finished, as usual, and both of them were busy with their jobs. Frank had vowed to commence the rehearsal after a week. Before it, he had something in his psyche that he didn't reckon fit to let Lucy understand.
Once, on 24 November, he went all alone in the Shaun hotel, his face covered with a veil and black goggles on his eyes. He had also affixed a synthetic mustache on his face to be known as a mature soul and in case he had to show his covered face, he could be assumed as the ninja of Tony Lee. He went to the bar and the bartender served him the wine, which he refused and asked for a glass of water. The bar was very enormous and as a luxurious hotel, everything was very elegant, with girls romping in bikinis. People enjoyed and grabbed substantial proportions of wine. Frank saw all of them and strived to deal with what he desired.
After occasionally, he had a peak at a server who wore wretched apparel and a deep scar on the left side of his forehead. He went to him and handed over him a note. The server read, Please go with me to a quiet place, you will be very gratified.
He looked to and fro and then went to the abandoned room. Frank went to him.
"I have no time to beat about the bush. Please tell me about Tony lee and why you are in such a miserable situation? Frank told him everything about his uncle's death.
" I am Cheng. You know, Tony lee also killed my father; however, he did everything that he ordered him. He knows nothing and respects none except the corrupt money. If you want to know about the hat, you have to go to the last room of the corridor, but beware he has also tamed a monster. "
"I have seen it." Frank said." How long have you been here."
"Since I was one year, old."
"Only one! And where is your mother?"
"Tony lee killed her and threw her corpse before the monster dog," Chang said, and tears trickled from his eyes.
"Will you help me to kill Tony lee? I know you might have the idea to punish him."
"I can't do anything. I never slept well for a long time. If you want to revenge, you can try, but believe me, you will repent."
Frank knew Chenguang didn't know about him, so he introduced his power and also Lucy.
Chang said he would take time to think.
"Someone told me my uncle had also been involved in a drug case, is it right?"
"Nope, he fled away to a safe place in Hong Kong, he lived with fear of the police officer as he was forcefully made to sign on a blank paper. Thereafter, he never made any contact with Tony Lee. How he was caught, I don't know."
"Now I have known, thanks for helping me. "Frank said and adjusted his shirt and then went searching for the hat all alone.
He walked very slowly, hiding from the eyes of the guard. Some were standing at the door. Frank went near a cell where a crazy woman tickling her hair screamed, he escaped himself and hid behind a statue. Four guards came and hit that woman with a thick cane. They continued until she was senseless. Frank felt deplorable, but he knew interpreting between was useless.
As he crossed a corridor, he reached a hall who's both sides were colossal cages. Several wild animals were tied with an iron chain, they looked skinny and starved. Frank knew they could try to raise their voices if they eyed him, so he ran fast and reached near the last way of the corridor. Now there was no other way to go out, and there was a room with a closed door. Frank understands, reaching his target, he will have to dodge the monster. Before he could think further, he heard the clinking of shoes and hurriedly opened the door.
To his knowledge, the monster bulldog stood up and growled, leaking the drool. It advanced, but the chain had already controlled it. It could do nothing but bark so loud that the whole room echoed. Likewise, it used its full capacity to catch Frank, and he was shivering and looked to the door only to save his life. He went back behind and something stopped him. He determined to dodge everything for his uncle and quickly went near the dog. The dog was unable to bite him, being mere feet away. Frank saw that under the dog's body there lay a key. He had no other option than to pick up the key. Outside the door, guards were standing with gun machines. Frank took hold of his heart and promptly went beneath the dog's body and picked up the key. He felt the flashes as the monster dog had bitten his body, he had closed his eyes. He screamed loud and when he opened his eyes he saw an astonishing view of the monster dog transforming into a mini statue. How it occurred he couldn't understand but thanked God, and then he opened the door. Here inside he saw several antique things spread. A wooden horse with real wings, snakes with two faces nonliving, a chair with a skull attached to a thin rod, and a book which was speaking. On the last rack, lay his beloved hat. He picked it up, and the hat turned into a rabbit.
Frank put it on a wooden desk and said," How do you do now? It didn't move or say anything. Frank pinched its fur on the head, yet it didn't show any moment. He saw that its right arm was a bit amputated. It was like an effigy.
"It has been hurt and I couldn't do anything. I had better take it with me. How can it become the hat again so that I could put it on and carry it? " Frank said to himself.
He tied it behind his back and went out of the door. It became very subtle as two guards had seen him, they shouted to stop him. He ran as fast as he could, they followed him and intimidated him to shoot him? They phoned another guard and then frank was seized. On both sides, the guards show their gun machines. Frank was ordered to hands up. He had to do what he was helpless. A drop of blood spread on his face and he closed his eyes.
"Run fast boy, I will handle them. "
Frank saw it was changed. Not an ordinary boy, but a blood-sucking vampire. Two big canine teeth, a black cloak on his body, and a very long talon on his both hands. The moment Chenguang talked, he smote the neck of the guards one by one. He beckoned Frank to go as ten more guards had also come. Frank ran very fast and Cheng continued to kill others. When Frank had crossed the corridor and went downstairs from the first floor, he became anxious about Cheng. He decided to go back, and his one-minute halt turned out to be dangerous. His left arm was shot.
"Don't stand here, go now, or your entire carcass will be battered at once. " Cheng said with a smirk. Frank saw he had also wings, and he broke the glass window and flew away. Frank had no other options, and he jumped out. His both legs were wounded. Cheng held his arm and with him crossed the barricade. The guards in numbers gathered and looked for them. They had also bent themselves and Frank peeped. The guards went to another side.
"Thank you kindly for your help. " Frank said. He groaned, clasping his leg.
"You duplicated my technique and you are bruised. Look before you leap." Cheng sneered.
"Your countenance! Hey, it's typical. Who are you? Do you constantly combat them like this?
" Nope, it's the initial moment. I am a potent buzzard, it's an ancestral ability. I can't use such capability for myself, but to assist others. "
"Do you feel it unbearable, or are you proud of it, ?"
"Proud! Not at all. Occasionally, I realize the impediment and I know I can never get rid of it. What is this trinket rabbit on your back? Chenguang noticed.
" I shall tell you after every so often. I never comprehended I shall confront an actual vampire 🧛. I feel delighted. Do you believe they will let you live freely?"
"You know I expected this moment to transpire. If you were not to be hurt, I could never exhibit my ability. Indeed, they never assumed I was this one."
"I understand, now we should get on. "
Franks and Chang traversed the barrier and whenever Frank was unprepared to clamber he enabled him. This way, they ultimately went out of the mansion.
