Capítulo 41: Call your dad
"Layla honey" I stirred in my sleep as I heard someone call my name in a fluidlike manner
"Layla" I heard again, the voice sending vibrations throughout my body, and even though I didn't feel like it, I opened my eyes but shut it back as the sun rays that assaulted my eyes was too much, almost blinding.
"Darling" I heard Selene call me again
"Must you always appear this way? Why not come back when I'm not tired and need my sleep?" I said after I adjusted my eyes to the light and opened it.
The first thing I saw was her elegant face and posture as she sat down on the rock close to the riverside
"Silly girl, you're still sleeping, this is just your dream" she laughed
"Well, you're disturbing my dreamless dream," I said sarcastically
"Are you sleeping on the wrong side of the bed? You seem grumpier than usual?" she asked and I rolled my eyes at her
"Wrong side of the bed my ass" I replied
Looking around, I saw that this place is different from the place we met the last time
