Capítulo 117: The Surface Ablaze

Using two vans, the archangels, the two Alphas, and Sayuri journeyed up to The Surface, surrounded by as many guards as the cars could possibly fit in. The result was a very cramped and tense ride. 

The first thing they noticed was the city was shrouded in a weird haze, blocking out the sun. 

"We've… we've left The Underworld, or?" Qian asked in disbelief. His eyes grew watery. 

That was when it dawned on them that they hadn't driven into a fog. 

The Megalopolis was burning. People were running down the streets, panicking. Soon, the group came across roads that were packed with empty cars.
